Very good, it is understandable that products are hard to get now but about 65% of products are in stock and ship withing the week.

The address was off, but Fedex figured it out. I already sent an email to Quadratec to correct my address on file.

Some parts didn't fit, the sway bar bushings. This cost me a week of time and I had to order elsewhere. This is a pain.

Wanted to buy this hitch last spring wasn't available until last July. I lost my opportunity to apply the sales price offered at that time.
