I'm trying to return an item. This is why I use Amazon. Their search engine sucks but it's easy to order and easy to return if there is a problem. I returned an item with them the exact same time I requested a return from you. Both are a bedbug product. I got conformation from them in two hours. I'm still waiting on you guys.

I chose 2 day delivery, paid extra to receive my item on Tues, to have to have the item dropped at a dollar general on Thursday, which would have been the standard shipping delivery.
