They did not communicate that codes would be deactivated. Very expensive service, required reprinting of marketing materials.
Looks like a free service, then all QR codes deactivated until you pay the extortion fee of $35/month.

There is a difference between the Free QR Code Generator without charge and QR Code Generator PRO (which you obviously signed up for) offering a Free Plan after the 14-days free trial as well. All QR Codes created within the 14-days free trial are simply paused and can be reactivated once a plan is chosen. We also offer a Free Plan with one Dynamic Website (URL) Code and five Static QR Codes which requires no payment details so you can get your QR Code working again without issue.

Like many other people on here, I was not made aware my subscription was coming to an end, I was not made aware that I was approaching the cancellation period. They sent German language emails to me at the start of my subscription and then said that those very same emails contained information about automatic renewal... Yet I cannot read German! I contacted them on the day they sent me an email stating they would take payment for another year's subscription explaining that I used their website once! In September 2017 and have literally not used it since. It is now September 2018 and despite telling them "no I do not wish to renew my subscription" they are telling me "tough, you did not cancel 30 days prior and now you must pay us 180 for a whole new year of subscription or they trigger their debt collection. They said they sent me an email 30 days prior to remind me of this! NO SUCH EMAIL WAS SENT, i checked my spam and inbox and nothing. I explained that I used their website once in September 2017 and therefore they can see how inactive my subscription is, they did not care or take this into consideration in the least and instead kept going with their robot, inconsiderate, fraudulent attitude of " we only care about taking as much money from you as possible and do not want to listen to your point." It is disgusting that you say to them on the day they email you saying they want to take payment for the new year subscription that you want to cancel and do not wish to proceed and they reply "tough luck" you are locked in for another year now and if you don"t we will just apply legal action! I mean that is fraudulent activity if I have ever seen it! Forcing people to pay and stay! Despite what you want or ask of them! I even said I will literally not use your website at all and have no need of this new subscription, they said " tough you must pay for a new subscription regardless for 180. It is an absolute SCAM! BE WARNED AND DO NOT GO NEAR THEM! THEY ARE CHEATERS AND CON MEN! FORCING YOU TO PAY REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU WANT.

Encima solo lo puedes usar por 1 año y con un número limitado de lecturas. PURO ENGAÑO! Encima te extorsionan a facturas para que pagues si no quieres que te suba la factura. No cojais ningun código de esta gente, no son nada claros y encima estás suscribiéndote con ellos y no veas qué rollo para cancelar. Esto es puro phising! Mucho mejor que generes tus códigos con www.qrcode-monkey.com
This company is a fraud. They sent an email one day previous to cancelation date. We call asking to cancel and they did not accept. Now they are sending threating emails DO NOT USE
Esta compañía es una FRAUDE no la usen. Al pagar por sus servicios te meten en un contrato de un año sin avisar y luego cuando llamas que te quieres salir ( el día de la supuesta renovación no te dejan y te amenazan con enviar a cobranzas. No los usen! Son un fraude) qr-code-generator
Crear códigos QR es facil con cualquier aplicación online pero ésta en particular intenta convencerte de utilizar códigos "dinámicos" (invento de ellos) que al principio dicen que son gratis y luego de 14 días te los intentan cobrar a precio de oro cuando uno ya tiene los códigos impresos y en funcionamiento y no puede decir que no.

J'ai généré le qr code gratuitement, mais quand j'ai mis le qr code sur mes cartes visites, et après 14 jours d'usage le code ne fonctionne plus. Il me redirigé vers un lien pour payer au moins 60 /an, pour que le code devient fonctionnel. Pourquoi ils déclare que le service est gratuit, alors que c'est pas le cas? Pourquoi un paiement annuel et pas par usage?!

Il semble que vous ayez fait bon usage de notre période d'essai gratuit. Nous sommes ravis d'offrir à nos clients 14 jours pour tester toutes nos options mais lorsque cette période touche à sa fin, les codes QR dynamiques sont désactivés. Vous pouvez cependant les remettre en service en souscrivant un forfait.
Les abonnements sont renouvelés chaque année mais vous pouvez y renoncer jusqu'à la veille du renouvellement automatique. Les codes QR créés dans le cadre de votre forfait continuent ensuite de fonctionner pendant trois ans (hors modifications).
