There is a real heaven of supplements for me. I do my best to keep an eye on my health so I daily consume tons of vitamins, amino acids and other stuff.
I would say I was quite disgruntled by the delivery. It wasn't that fast and I didn't like it. I don't have any gripes to the website or to the assortment, but I can't stand with the delivery. Guys I urge you to do something with it, try to speed it up somehow, idk how.
In that case you will be very cool without any serious competitors on the market!

I've ordered from Pure Bulk for several years and noticed that all the products don't list information about the product. It would really help with choosing supplements.

Came back here to purchase after not logging in since May 2018. Does not recognize my email and password.

Your prices have doubled! I used to order 25 grams for $52.50. Now it's $39 for 10 grams. What brought on the increase?

CoA option is really hard to find, should be more obvious on the "cart" page, i.e. just check a box if you want CoAs included. Also, there used to be a shipping option that was "call for pickup" and we could arrange our own shipping, but now the only shipping options are incredibly slow or incredibly expensive. (Also, the cheapest shipping options don't even tell you the time frame, so I mistakenly chose the cheapest one a few weeks ago and it STILL hasn't arrived!) Shipping options really need to be clearer (and better!)...

If you click on Paypal too soon in the process, you don't get any discount coupons applied. Misleading.

I love the selection but I wish you could sell it from canada.I did not like the fact I had to pay duty at my door.

I don't like, after I accept to pay a amount of money and I finish the work with Paypal for that amount, at the end of the payment, appear the shipping charge. Pure Bulk, must to tell me the total, including the shipping, before I enter in paypal. Because that way, looks dirty and I guess, Pure Bulk is a serious company and doesn't must to do that.

Great selection of product and good experience overall. Missing some details with regards to some product composition, but not so much a major issue.
Significant problems checking out as the system would not recognize my billing address as the CC one on repeated attempts, had to use a different card.

Nice search feature. Easy to navigate site. Changing order size of product seems to require adding the new quantity to cart and deleting the old. Otherwise good experience, so far.

I ordered multiple items and they were shipped in a single box which is perfect, but the larger bags were place on top of smaller items with no packaging material in between to isolate or secure them, and the friction between bags punctured several of the larger pouches multiple times, causing contents to spill out. A real pity, as I waited five weeks for these items to arrive! Adding some paper or other packaging material Between items to absorb the friction and secure the shipment, would be very much appreciated.

International shipping option DDU makes it very difficult to track packages to Canada. The main pages were never properly updated with sub-shipper information (e.g. USPS) nor did it include all information from the Canadian shipper.

The product was fine but paying nearly $20 for shipping was ridiculous. I got a similar size package shipped on the same day from (from Oregon) shipped directly to me in 1 week (this Pure Bulk shipment took more than 2 weeks) for free (!!!!) plus I always knew where the package was.

I won't be ordering from Pure Bulk again due to this shipper.

All good except your USPS shipping charge is a lot higher than I usually pay for bulk or branded supplements from the States. Will see how it goes at this end. All the best

I typed in Clif High for a discount on Pure Sleep but got a message saying it wasn't valid. I received an email acknowledging my order and next I received an email for a discount on what I assume is a future order. I don't really care and would have bought Clif's product regardless, but it's kind of an annoying "shopping experience." Since you asked...

I ordered magnesium citrate as the Magnesium L-Aspartate still wasn't available. Now you tell me it will be and you'll honor the %25 from before. I don't need both at this time!

The site was confusing. No search bar. You're pushing PayPal, which I don;t want to use. Guess you don't carry TMG any more.

I like PureBulk for the purity of their products. I just wish that they made it easier to find which supplements they sell in capsules. If I hadn't thought to searched a second time, after reading the exact wording on a previously purchased product, "L-Arginine Base Capsules", instead of just L-Arginine, I wouldn't have been able to find a product I had previously purchased. As a result I found another product that I wanted was also sold in capsules... which wasn't revealed until I searched for that supplement by name followed by the word"capsules".

There are no customer ratings for any of the individual products. That is not good. There is no information about the shelf life of any of the products. That is not good.

I thought the mobile version of this site was a bit diffict to navigate.
I have recently realized that the capsules are not all filled the same. Some caps are only half to 3/4 full. This is very dissapointing. I am fighting an infection right now and am taking 2 caps every 30-60 min. Now I realize I am not getting the full dose. Not cool

Finding the vegan capsules is difficult. It is not intuitive to look under " container'. Why don't you just list 'capsules' and powder?
