First time ordering and there was a tracking issue but they reached out and assured me everything was fine! Received my package and love the items! Will continue recommending others. Great products and customer service!

I really love these little bracelets. My husband and I have picked up a few like them here and there while on vacation. The quality is very good. Price is ok. Bought mine with a discount coupon. Probably would not buy at the full list price but completely satisfied with the discounted price and product. I will most likely get a few more.

I ordered some bracelets for someone and then realized I had already ordered them about a month earlier. So I quickly (within the hour) reached out to Puravida to cancel my order. No customer service at all - you have to email them, which I did... then after about an hour they answered me to tell me it was too late for a cancellation... they said my order was already "being pulled" at the warehouse. I can't believe it. When can't I cancel an order after only ONE HOUR? Never again will I buy from them. They have no customer service and only want your money - so when you place an order BEWARE!

Do not sign up for any subscription for pura vida bracelets. If you want to cancel an order, they refuse to allow you to do so. The customer service department will claim that the order is too far processed, although the order status will say 'ordered' not shipped. There is not resolution or credit for an order that you do not want. The cost of the return is not worth shipping the item back because they do not have a free return policy.
