I ordered some bracelets for someone and then realized I had already ordered them about a month earlier. So I quickly (within the hour) reached out to Puravida to cancel my order. No customer service at all - you have to email them, which I did... then after about an hour they answered me to tell me it was too late for a cancellation... they said my order was already "being pulled" at the warehouse. I can't believe it. When can't I cancel an order after only ONE HOUR? Never again will I buy from them. They have no customer service and only want your money - so when you place an order BEWARE!

I got one for mothers day, and I'm sure my mom will really like it! I recommend them highly, great service!

I first discovered Puravida through one of those annoying facebook ads. It was ironic to find them, though, because about a week prior, I'd been thinking I wanted a bracelet similar to one I'd purchased on a trip to California. Puravida is the brand name of that bracelet.
The website is easy to use and the products themselves are fun and well-priced, much better priced than the one I purchased in San Francisco for the exact same item.
Shipping was fast. I've ordered 3 times now and each shipment took less than a week.
This company prides itself in providing jobs to those who make the bracelets, people in Costa Rica.
You can get a percentage off your order for providing friends' e-mail addresses. They get a percentage off their order and you will get $10 off a future order.
You can also get freebies for posting and tagging on instagram.

Do not sign up for any subscription for pura vida bracelets. If you want to cancel an order, they refuse to allow you to do so. The customer service department will claim that the order is too far processed, although the order status will say 'ordered' not shipped. There is not resolution or credit for an order that you do not want. The cost of the return is not worth shipping the item back because they do not have a free return policy.

I really love these little bracelets. My husband and I have picked up a few like them here and there while on vacation. The quality is very good. Price is ok. Bought mine with a discount coupon. Probably would not buy at the full list price but completely satisfied with the discounted price and product. I will most likely get a few more.
