The current leader for this month is not a real person's dog. It's a dog that Pupvote has put up themselves. Just early yesterday the dog was not even in the top 20 and now it's had almost 200,000 votes in 1 day not to mention the pic is photoshopped. Pupvote's replies to bad reviews is sickening, they ignore most things in bad reviews. This is not a contest, it's rigged up to make innocent people spend money on votes, just study the patterns. A real person will be in front for weeks then fake profile dogs from Pupvote will suddenly be in front after their votes are artificially inflated by Pupvote. The entire contest is corrupt and Pupvote must be taken down and stopped from fleecing money from people.

Great site and great setup but contests are rigged for spenders to win and doesn't make it fair at all. 30min in a contest already have pets with 2k votes (paid) and like 9 real votes.
Should be call pupspend and not pupvote...
Takes the competitiveness away and pushes people away from the contest, as there are 0 ways to win without spending money to get votes.

There are actually multiple ways people can get 2K votes, mainly through achievements, coupons etc. Every round there are multiple winners that have not spent anything on votes.
We do give people the opportunity to purchase vote boosts for an additional fee. This is the only way we can maintain the site, have a significant prize pot and support some amazing causes around the world.

It was weird at first sight as i need to pay for bigger VOTES, but its 'Votesforfood' :) understand now as they do good cause with it, giving/buying food for dogs/who needs. I just hope they really do, and the poor animals get it! Me uploaded my cuties as well and u can vote actually every 10min. All good, i like it! Recommend^.^

A really fun site to vote for the cutest cats and dogs. Thousands of pets to view and vote for. You can vote for your own or other people's pets. There are leaderboards and prizes to be won in the form of free votes and monetary prizes. There are also daily and weekly competitions you can enter, aswell as achievements which will also reward you with more votes. You can also purchase votes which also includes meals for dogs and cats. All in all a fun site and well worth a look, even if just for all the amazilny cute critters to see!

We (several of us) have filed complaints regarding this contest and we have also requested all our money refunded. Several sites have claimed that this contest is a scam and rigged. With 10 minutes left in the contest our little baby was a head and certainly would have won (maybe not because hundreds/thousands of other pet owners were TRYING to vote). We were locked out. The response I received was they had their servers updated in the LAST 72 HOURS OF THE CONTEST. Really...

What you are saying is incorrect, each prize winning pet has to be verified in order to qualify for their prize. Feel free to reach out to any previous winner in any of our contests and you will find out they are all real people who have received their prizes.
As we have clearly communicated to all participants in the contest from 26.12 - 16.01 we had a significant increase in participants and traffic to our server (5x the regular amount). We did decided to upgrade (not update) our server in the last 72 hours of the contest, just to make sure we could handle the increased volume. Despite this we still encountered slowdowns during the end of the contest when there is always a big spike in traffic.
As we have communicated to you, we never stopped people to allow to vote. In fact, the pet you voted for received many votes in the last 10 minutes and ended up in second place. In understand it is not the place you ultimately wanted, which I understand is disappointing.

This site is a really fun place to share your pets and see how many other people think they're cute! The only thing is, since you can buy votes it's not 100% accurate or fair, but still fun!
