Hi Nikki, thanks for your question! At the end of each contest all winners receive an automatic email with a verification form, which they need to fill out in order to claim their prize. We are bound by stricts contest rules and regulations, and we need to verify the identity of the winners and ownership of the pet before processing the prizes.
