First car I bought had a corner failure in its first week. After weeks of waiting for it warranty replacement the second one fail in the same spot.

I paid for the product in full including shipping and never recieved the product. Attempts to contact punkcase are nearly impossible
I ordered the pink Punk case and ended up receiving turquoise. I emailed them and it took a couple days for them to get back to me. I sent them the order number and it was another 4 days later and no response. I emailed them and they asked for the tracking number for sending the case back. I told then I didn't have one because I shouldn't have to pay shipping of the return, when it was their error sending the wrong colour.
4 hours later and still no reply. I also tried calling the customer service line with no answer and a full mailbox.
I'm beyond unimpressed with their horrible all around service.
Save your time and money and just buy an Otterbox!
Took months to arrive sent wrong case they said they'd refund and refund my postage cost back to them as I had to buy elsewhere as wasn't going to wait another few months on one as the quality didn't look that great but now they have received their case back and won't refund they just ignore my emails! Very bad company to deal with terrible customer service! But elsewhere is my advice to you don't get caught like me
Purchased a Punkcase for my wife's birthday in August 2020 for her new Iphone. We contacted Punkcase after just a couple of months explaining that the screen protector had cracked. Punkcase explained that cracks weren't not covered as that was the result of the case doing it's job. They offered us a new case at a 10% discount. We decided we'd wait. The other night we've removed the case for the first time since installing punkcase because the front camera was acting erratically while trying to use an app. After removing the punkcase, we realized the case was not cracked, but the phone itself was. We contacted punkcase again explaining the issue. They said they will provide a new case at no charge. They won't repair the phone against damages that their case is supposed to protect it from, but they'll now replace the case for free. Obviously I would never use punkcase again, whether free or not. Clearly it does not protect you phone.
The case never arrived after 3 weeks. Still trying to get my money back. They also keep deleting the negative reviews I leave on their website. Seems like a scam tbh. I think they got mostly fake reviews on their site.
Placed order early April, waited 2 months for. Received in June only to have one out of 2 break upon picking up. Now they want my patience and wait once more for replacement. Business is a joke.
While looking at their website, I started to notice little things that made me get suspicious. First, the Title of the particular case says Iphone12 then in the description it says "ONLY FOR IPHONE 11" a few times, then further down it goes back again saying "this case was designed only for iPhone 12."
Also, they don't show pics of the different colors of all the products. Like I'm not gonna spend money unless I can see what I'm supposed to get. The cases are "marked down" by close to 70%. I'm really glad I decided to google if this company was legitimate. I will NOT be submitting my order now. Thank you for all the other reviews!
I purchased this case for my new s20 ultra. Within 1 week of owning it, it fell off the couch and onto the carpet and cracked the screen. Then the screws loosening off within the month. Quality what a crock, I don't think so!
Do not use this company, such a scam... I had ordered the Note 10+ Battery Case from them a month and 2 days ago. Still has not arrived. Since I have contacted them they have taken me on the BS train. The last message received was:
"The item that you ordered is a great product but at the moment it is only available for pre order It should take in between 2 weeks for the item to become available. In the meantime your order has been placed on hold."

I bought a case for my S21 Ultra+, and the touchscreen was not good through their protector. The edges were almost impossible to grab (ie: pulling down the top menu, the "P" or the "A" on either side of the screen etc. I eventually had to cut the screen protector portion out and purchase a cheap-y screen protector.
Overall, too expensive, not great design.
Punkcase took 4 weeks to deliver the wrong product. Refused to provide a refund, even when returning the product. Did not provide a return envelope. In the end, it will have taken them 3 months, that's a quarter of a year, to provide the correct product - one month to send me the wrong product, one month for me to return their product via their courier, and the third month to send me the correct product. That's if they manage to send the correct product the second time! What good business thinks that is ok? What person is going to leave their phone vulnerable to damage for a quarter of a year waiting for this terrible company to do what they were paid to do. Don't waste your time or money.
I returned my item as it was not what I expected. It went to NY from Montreal so probably took a week to get there. I kept checking with them and they kept telling me they hadn't received it. When I checked with them again 2 days after the 30 day refund policy, they suddenly received it but couldn't give me the refund. DISHONEST COMPANY! Do NOT buy from them.
Its taken so long to get my phone case ive now broken my phone in the meantime just waiting for the damn thing seriously just buy locally ill never use punkcase or dhl again
I ordered a green waterproof phone for my vacation next week I spent extra on expedited shipping so I would get it on time, they sent me the wrong color they sent me white if it was blue or purple I would of just kept it but white the Plainest color ever and then when I email them and tell them they tell me they will give me 20% off me next order or I can send this one back and they will send the right one(maybe) if this was a legit business they would be sending me the RIGHT one with a shipping label to send back the WRONG one and if I don't send the other one back they charge you for it but no they want me to spend more money sending this back and not get the right one on time lesson learned NEVER ordering from them again DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
Don't be deceived by the AU and. com.au domain; this is an American company shipping out of Boston, USA and you won't enjoy the protections of the Australian Consumer Law or local shipping/returns. If there is any issue with your order - which my experience and other reviews indicate is common - at best, you will be required to pay return shipping to the USA which is not cost effective. At worst you might end up with a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item, or even nothing at all and no recourse.
I ordered a Military Grade Aluminum Case | Atomic Slim 2 Series case for my Galaxy S10 plus, which shipped the next day and arrived after around a month. On unpacking the case, the clear plastic back had a deep scratch over a centimetre long. The packaging was undamaged, so the damage didn't happen in transit - it was packed and shipped like that. The damage is so severe I suspect the case is a return and not new.
I contacted Punkcase immediately by replying to their shipping confirmation email with the order number and photos of the damaged case. Their form response reply requested the order number and photos, making me suspect this is an automated response. They eventually offered me a replacement, but only if I posted the original case back to them in the USA at my own cost. Since that would cost more than the value of the case, I'm just stuck with a damaged case. So I'd say their customer service is about on par with their quality control.
The case itself is okay, not on the same level as lifeproof, otterbox etc., and far from 'military grade'. The buttons protrude a long way out from the side and snag easily when pocketing the phone. They also have a slightly loose, plasticy feeling and I expect they will be the first point of failure (though to be fair I haven't been using the case so can't really tell how long they'll last). Overall, if I had no issues with my order and the return process, I feel the case is a bit overpriced even with the permanent 'discount' (another breach of the Australian Consumer Law) and would rate the company as 2/5 if they stood by their product by covering return shipping for damaged or incorrect orders.
Scammers. NOT based in the UK. Send out wrong phone case and ask you to return for a refund. Takes weeks of messaging to get money back but postage is not refunded - £18 to return! Communication is awful, no personal service just auto generated messages. DO NOT BUY!
I purchased what was supposed to be one of their tough cases. It virtually started falling apart after about 4 months.
It started with the home button for my Samsung S8+ then the lining came apart on the screen.
I wouldnt mind it not lasting as much if it wasn't such a long, drawn out process for the warranty. Their aftersales service is extremely poor and absolutely sub standard. I emailed them twice chasing the warranty then after 5 weeks I followed up to which they asked for the same details that should have been recorded already.
I certainly will never purchase their case again and strongly recommend staying away from them.

Answer: Scam! They break international consumer regulations with their shipping and returns policies. They do not provide information required at point of sale, and refuse refunds.

Answer: Save yourself the hassle, they won't refund or cancel your order, they are an unethical company that take pride in ripping people off. Buy elsewhere.
