PSI's customer service has been polite but must be severely understaffed. I have called four times in the past 45 days, and I've been on hold no less than 35 minutes each time. Then I arrived at my scheduled exam site (Harrisburg, PA) today with two other people hoping to take exams, and the proctor never showed up. After another 49 minutes on hold with customer service, we were all told to reschedule for another date.
Starting with the website and applying for a test, everything is terrible. It might as well be 2005. You can't just apply online and submit certificates, you have to download the application, fill it out, and email it in. There is no confirmation from them after that. Information says it can take six days to post and to be able to sign up for a test.
It's been six days, it hasn't gone through. I called customer service--was on hold for an hour before I gave up. Emailed, this time I get an automated response telling me it'll take 5-7 MORE DAYS for them to give me an actual response.
Why any state governments or other agencies use PSI is beyond me. It's absolutely disgusting that they can run a business this way.
I will never want to use PSI again and don't recommend anyone. I literally felt like a criminal having me move everything checking everything, it took them 45 min to check my desk. The proctor was very rude and unprofessional! I got told to stop moving and to stay in the screen but yet I never even moved.
On top of that they terminated my exam right before I was done because someone opened the door, like I have control over a door opening. I now will fail my course because my exam must be completed by tomorrow and they require 24 hours before you can schedule again. They refuse to do anything for me. All that hard work l, studying for them to just click a button.

This is the worst company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The level of incompetence is mind boggling. I for life of me can not comprehend why any of the United State Real Estate commissions have not found a better alternative. I have had nothing but headaches and issues with this company attempting to take my real estate exam. I went through the torture getting my NJ license now I have to relive the horror to get my PA license. They need to stop outsourcing and hire people that can do more than read a script.

I don't understand how state license board can have PSI to give the test. It is horrible experience to wait for hours not able to get into testing room, yet no technical support available or online information to show how to fix any problem. Each time you call customer service, they will say due to high volume there will be extended waiting. You wait for 30+ plus then they hang up with a message to tell you go online self-help (which was what's failing the first time). I have tried this numerous time and there is absolutely no call back, no way to contact customer service. I have never had such bad customer experience, nor I can imagine why this business is still in place. I wish State board provides alternatives.
These people don't care at all. Hours waiting on the phone, just to be hung up on. Multiple transfers. Never can get anyone who knows anything about their job. God forbid you ask to talk to a supervisor, instant end of call. I really hate these people. I'd advise finding a different profession if you have to deal with these people, concerning tests. You pass Ave then they'll act like you don't exist, because they some how lost your information.

I was charged FOUR times for ONE test... 4 separate charges of $96 on a card ran over the phone with a customer service representative. I have made 26 phone calls in the last 2.5 months and have gotten zero resolve. Emails are no longer responded to... Their solution to solving problems is to ignore them, apparently. They don't deserve the 1 star, but zero wasn't an option. If you have the option to test with any other company, I'd recommend doing so. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I don't understand why PSI change their exam interface. Every time I need to change an answer I need to go back and hit the edit button. And new system doesn't let me to proceed when I leave a question blank. Basically it takes more time just for marking the questions which is waste of time for an exam that has a time limit. I really wonder WHY PSI change its exam interface? Who demand it? What is the purpose? The previous one was very useful and time saving.

Testing center is not worth your stress. Wifi was down and had no recourse of rescheduling or getting money back.(Bend OR location) There is not ONE single designated parking space only two hour parking, so good luck if your test is longer. Also, don't bother calling PSI they won't answer. Currently still on hold after two hours.

Navigating the website was easy and convenient. PSI made it easy for me to find the CBMT Practice Exam I needed to help prepare me for my Board Exams coming up soon. The test itself was in-depth and provided thoughtful questions presumably similar to the questions found on the exam. With the help of these practice exams and some flashcards, I truly felt prepared for the CBMT Exam and was successfully able to pass it. This practice exam is an amazing resource for anyone preparing to take the CBMT Exam!
I generally hope this place goes out of business and the owner gets a fat lawsuit. Customer service is a hoax. Phone calls will never be answered and you will get hung up on after 30 min of hold. Emails are never heard back from. Website charged me $90 then said I need to pay again, will not be able to take my test. Somebody shut this place down.
The local staff was a great support in making sure I had all the necessary documents in order. I made contact serval times throughout the registration process they were very helpful.
This was for Azure DP-900, which is a very simple exam, and I only really meant to do it as a confidence booster while I prepare for DP-203.
I did this online through the PSI system. I installed everything ahead of time and arrived early, and then waited until ~30 mins after my allocated start time. A proctor never turned up to initiate the exam. I logged out and back in, waiting for about an hour total, still no proctor.
I send them an email and I'm currently working through it with PSI. 24 hours later it isn't even close to solved, and they are asking me to prove I ran their exam software (surely they keep logs!? I had to upload images of my ID...) so we'll see how we go, but at this point even if they agree to assess me for free and refund me it will have been not worth it for the wasted time. I'll never sign up for PSI again and suggest you don't either.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you can avoid this company, please do. Ive called multiple times and waiting for hours to never have anyone answer the phone. No email replies. No solutions. They're putting my career on hold. This is why my profession is switching testing companies. Unfortunate that i has to deal with them before they made the switch.

PSI has i an absolute disaster time wise. I am testing for a reciprocal licenses with Virginia and it took me almost a month to be able to schedule this separated from being required to take the state/national portion which I did not need.

I paid $90 for PSI practice tests and a study pack. They were missing the two toughest categories. When I tried to call customer service to ask about it, the call went to a call center in India. The guy could not even understand what I meant by saying, "The categories of microbiology and anatomy and physiology are missing." I repeated it over and over while listening to all the other call center people talking. He finally put me through to "someone higher". Which was a call center in Africa. It was even noisier with call center people in the background and she could not understand what I was asking either. After 45 minutes of this, I finally just hung up.

The worst testing company I have ever used in my entire life. Problem after problem arises with PSI. I constantly feel stressed going into my exams because of all the difficulties that arise.
