I did not like the way the results are handled. I could not understand how I had the score I had each time. The Score I got per subject matter did not make sense, and I could not add up to the total your system said I had.
Why not detail how you arrive at the score? It would be nice if you could respond to me

2nd time purchasing. First time, i received a receipt only. When i went to take practice test, the weekend before my exam, it said i need an access code that wasn't emailed to me. Called and customer service was closed. Had to purchase again. Please call or email me to verify only one of my exams was taken.

It took me 3 hours to sign in to take my exam. I uploaded my license and picture 4 times and the system kept crashing and kicked me out as I was about to start my exam. I had to call into Tech support three times. My exam started 3 hours after my intended exam time. The proctor was unreasonable making me remove everything from my office desk including decorative items. None of this was outlined when I signed up for this.

The study guide has been great! I enjoyed being able to study possible questions vs something I wouldn't see.
It has taken me 5 days to purchase the SJE for my recertification because your help desk had no idea how to help me, escalated to management twice and left me on hold forever.(twice because I hung up after a while and tried again) The one time I thought I'd gotten to add the SJE to my cart and then purchase it the purchase wasn't able to complete. No idea what that was but it wasn't on my end. The directions on the SJE page are confusing. It's just been a bad experience overall and if the SJE wasn't required I would not be dealing with any of this.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
