Too confusing on instructions from the school/course completion, to the testing website registration, to the State notification and receiving a candidate ID, etc. The whole process needs to be better streamlined and the websites simplified, and cleaned up. A lot of it seems to be obsolete / old links, instructions, etc. I had to call in, and got clearer instructions that way.
Quick and pretty easy I am hoping to pass first try with new laws in a new state for my transfer of my license.
Why do I have to buy 5 vouchers when I will only need one. Just seems predatory.

The price has changed 3 times on the product I consented to pay 99.95 then after I payed for it, it charged me 109.15 if I'm required to pay for something then I should know how much I'm paying.

If i had anotherchoice, i would have chosen it at this point because this is apparent very annoying.
The email received had a link to access the exam --> didn't work, got error 404.
The email address to report issues to also didn't work.
The email stated I needed 2 forms of ID's in order to take exam --> I only had 1 as I was on vacation, apparently you only needed one.
I can appreciate the stringency of the proctor's investigation of surroundings but I felt like I needed to move furniture etc. I went into the bathroom to take exam since it was less crowded then the den but unfortunately I lost the proctor because of signal and had to repeat the process all over again with a new one.

Some of the questions were very ambiguous specifically some of the load calculation questions. Furthermore the testing facility was not great. If given a choice in testing proctors I definitely would not choose PSI.

Registering with the directions from the HPNA for this website was worse than figuring out financial aid application. Good lord make getting to where you need to be on one webpage and automatically direct you to where you need to go.

Since 2023 you cannot buy bulk practice exams for the NBSTSA. As well, registering my students for the ACTUAL exam is tedious, painful and the steps are redundant. Is was far easier before the update. Why fix what is not broken?

This has been a complete hassle, not clear explanation on how the practice tests must be purchased individually. Also trying to figure out the "code" for using your vouchers took quite a bit of digging. When I called for help I was passed around to three different departments and then cut off. When I called back I waited on hold for over 10 minutes. Really horrible and difficult experience overall!
Why not offer everyone a coupon not just those who deal with a sales rep
Does not indicate if online and bound book available, does not say what 2 day air shipping really means. Its friday afternoon will I get it Monday? Who knows.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
