I am a very intelligent person, as well as an experienced agent in two other states, and I have failed the Indiana real estate broker licensing exam twice now. The test results should give you more information on what questions are missed rather than just the category they came from. It's also not fair that the whole exam fee must be paid again when only 1/3 of the test is the state section. This is just the company's or Indiana's way of making more money. Also, why does Indiana separate the national and state tests? I'm licensed in two other states and passed both of them on the very first try. These two states had national and state content scored TOGETHER. Should I say it again? A ploy to make more money? This ridiculousness is very frustrating and shouldn't be this complicated.

Didn't expect the book to be slightly larger than a pocketbook but useful nonetheless! Not as bulky as carrying the regular textbook and study guide; strictly specific for the theoretical portion of the exam!

Confusing website. And this right here is extremely annoying.
It took effort by the state and myself to get my test results to the state
Because my state calls real estate people "broker", I inadvertantly purchased the managing broker exams instead of the "salesperson" exams. When I realized the format was wrong I expressed my concern with the online chat bot but it didn't understand. I emailed and got an auto-response that my inquiry had been received, but never got any follow up. I ended up having to purchase the salesperson exams as well because by then my exams were within 24 hours. Luckily I passed, but it was stressful and I had to pay twice. I was hoping to get a refund on the exams that were not correct, but still have no response.

Farly east to navigate after you figure out what it is that's there and what parts you need. It would be easier if it when though a select questions and drop down to the areas needed and the parts that apply to your lesson's application.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
