This enterprise of thieves will take your item and money. They will not update you with any status updates. They will not work on your item. They will not respond to your emails. Their phone seems to be offline.
This is a scam.
It seems from a few reviews on other platforms that they do work, but it is rare. I think they work on just enough consoles because it makes the business just look like a bad business and not a con --this makes it harder to bring up legal issues. Look at their Facebook page. It is riddled with complaints about missing complaints and video game consoles.
I sent a Playstation 3 back in Nov. 2020. It is now June 2022. I email them almost every other month, but I used to email them every other week. I never hear from them. I've contacted the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau.
If you need a reball or reflow, you have better chances with a service on eBay. If you use this service, pay with pay pal so you can get your money back when they keep your machine.
Do not use this guy. He stole my money and my board. He will not answer any emails past the fact that he got it and the part is on the way. That was 2 months ago and now nothing.
Refuses to get back on my multiple inquiries of a status on a PS3 I sent for repairs back in June. Possibly stole it and has resold it as a refurbished PS3. Business is a fraud.
Answer: Ps3 Specialist is a scam. Will only respond to delay you from inquiring too hard on your PS3. Then will cease communication and you will not hear from him again. Most likely steals PS3s and re-sells them refurbished.
