59 days Thought there was a subtle change after a week, no real results now that I gave this more time. Return policy states only 1 empty bottle can be returned, that's 30 days supply out of the "60 day return" and customer will not be refunded shipping costs in either direction. I'd highly suggest keeping your money. Each follow up email after purchase points to concepts to pursue a healthy lifestyle & continue taking provasil. I'm already doing most of this and if you do too you don't need this supplement as it won't add any improvement.

Provasil a magical product. It really works for me and I am very satisfied with Provasil. I am professionally work as an intense process with no room for any mistakes. Staying focus is what I need & I can say taking Provasil has really helped. Specially in the afternoons when I would normally hit a wall. I would like to recommend this product. I've had no any side effects with provasil.
My husband and I have been taking Provasil for more than 2 years now. One of us (88 yo) is retired and programs complex mathematical equations on a daily basis and the other (68 yo) is at the top of her game professionally, with a full clinical practice and scheduled lecturing all over the world. Putting your heart rate in your target zone every day for at least 1:20, properly chewing a variety of unprocessed food and stretching will benefit you the most. This added with Provasil will put you ahead of the rest.

I can't really tell any difference in my ability to remember things and/or focus. I still have to make notes for everything.
Life never seems to slow down. Keeping up with everything in my busy schedule is definitely a challenge. I thought I would try Provasil, that had better reviews than the Prevagen, to see if it would help me to keep up any easier. After about 4 months of taking Provasil, I can say I think it has helped. Not miracles, but I think I remember names a little better and I keep track of tasks that pull me in multiple directions. I will continue to take it.
