Life never seems to slow down. Keeping up with everything in my busy schedule is definitely a challenge. I thought I would try Provasil, that had better reviews than the Prevagen, to see if it would help me to keep up any easier. After about 4 months of taking Provasil, I can say I think it has helped. Can I say that I'm more lucid, think better or don't typically forget any of my mental to do list items? No! My husband and I have been taking Provasil for more than 2 years now. One of us (88 yo) is retired and programs complex mathematical equations on a daily basis and the other (68 yo) is at the top of her game professionally, with a full clinical practice and scheduled lecturing all over the world.
