2-5 business days is non-existence. Your item will not come at all. 14 days later I have no money no coils no shipping no updates no phone answering's. Answered phone prior taking money. Now never answer. https://provape.com/ will pretend to care and take your money while ignoring you when answers are asked.

I purchased a Smok mod from Provapes in September and in less than 2 months it stopped working. I called but all you can do is leave message. They don't call you back. I then emailed the company stating the problem that I was having with mod. They emailed me back telling me they wanted a short video of what the problem was. I then sent the video they responded almost immediately telling me I did not pay for the extended warranty so they are not going to honor it. I didn't contacted my credit card company who refunded me the full amount. Smok offers a full one year warranty on their product. I don't think they'd be too happy on how they are doing business selling defective products. I will never buy another thing from them! My advice is don't buy from them and if you do contact your credit card company and they should issue a full credit pro vapes will do nothing for you.

Every time I place an order with this company, something goes wrong with the order. Then I have to wait for them to correct the issue. And they are hard to reach and take forever to respond! It's ashame that it is so difficult to order vape products from very few places and then one of the places that you can order from always messes up. Do not waste your time or money because you will be waiting very long. It is also difficult to get any help regarding the issues they have caused. I barely review. Please think twice when ordering from Provape.com. Does this look like the same product?

Beware - their telephone number is to a single person who is in no position to deliver or handle customer issues. The e only thing this person can do is resend and/ or alert them of your emails. There is no escalation process and you basically have to wait for a reply….whenever that may come.

1 of 2 products arrived defective, I reached out for a refund and was asked for a video which I provided, I was given store credit for the amount of the device (not enough to replace it). I'd have to pay taxes and shipping again! They said defective devices are industry standard! BUYER BEWARE! THEY DONT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT AND THERE ARE PLEANTY OF SITES THAT WILL, so learn from my mistakes and scroll to the next Google result!
