Update: I live in canton and have dealings with this company in the past, They are out of business as far as I can tell. At least the local store. No clue if they are still running the internet sites or not. Yes I did eventually get my orders but it took about a month and stopping in and calling to get it done.
I live in canton where their "headquarters" are located. Half of the building is a local music store the other half they use for warehousing. Maybe about 2000sqft of warehousing. Definitely not close to having everything on their site in inventory. Of course the owner parks his brand new BMW out front while ripping people off left and right. I guess all you have to do in this country to make money is import cheap $#*!ty products from china and resell them
Mike is not lying. They bill you instantly for items they do not have in inventory and provide you with no tracking info nor tell you the item is back ordered... etc. They seem to be just a middle man front with no real inventory. Look else where.
I wouldn't even give them one star! They will take your money charge your card even if they don't have what you are ordering, and no it doesn't even say online that it is back ordered out of stock nothing! I have never had a problem like this before with a wedsite! I ordered my child their big xmas present all they asked for from here and because they have tied up $250 of my money i can't go elsewhere to buy it. It's not like they are at the age where you can say it's coming it's just back ordered! They will look like Santa didn't pull through :( The only thing she wants. So needless to say i made a huge mistake ordering from here don't make that same mistake. I hate to see any other childs xmas ruined!
It's been 2 months since I placed my order with this place. After 3 weeks I called and I asked where my stuff was they told me it should be another week. 2 weeks later I called then they said my stuff was on back order and won't be here for another month to month and a half. I called back and asked for my money back they told me it should be a week to have my money back in my account. A week and a half later I call and they tell me they don't know why my money isn't in there and there and they're gonna contact their credit department. I still haven't seen my money from this place. Stay away!
Made an order in March 2012. Call after no information on tracking and still to this date I haven't received my order. I don't want it. I requested a refund and was told it takes 48 hours. Still haven't received it. When I view my order it shows paid. My bank account has be debited and I still have no products. Ughhhh... I'm about to drive to Ohio.
Stay away! I placed an order for an item that was listed as in stock ready to ship payment was taken out of my bank account 10 minutes after placing the order. After 2 days without an order update or shipping conformation Isent them an email asking for an order status uodate. After 2 emails they sent me an answer. Unfortunatly the item you ordered is out of stock and you won't get it by christmas.as of this posting I still have not been issued a refund. I don't think I should billed for an item that was not in stock and I did not request a back order they will gladly take your money quick, fast and in a hurry for products they may not even have. STAY AWAY!
Same thing happened to me. I tried to get an order status but I cannot reach them either through email or telephone. I think this is a BOGUS company.
