I ordered two full strips and 26 jackets for our disabled football teams in June 2012 using money that the teams had raised themselves and I received the kits in January after being told daily that it was a problem with adidas and that they were behind due to their sponsorship of the olympics
I have only just received the jackets which are far to small with really poor printing on them and we are still 3 kits missing and the print on the jackets has now come off and they will not refund!
I telephoned this company on a daily basis and even contacted the CEO of Adidas team wear and was told that although they could not comment on a specific companies order they could tell me that there was no known delays with team wear

They are a joke of a company and Nicola and Lionel constantly fob you off and fail to respond to phone calls or emails

Im now left with kits that are really small and we will be lucky to get the rest of the season out of them and we are still having to share kits with the 3 players who have yet to receive their kit

I would not have even given them 1 start so please beware and do not buy from this company!

I know i've given this one star but there isn't an option for none. This company are an utter DISGRACE!

I ordered some rain jackets for my team and after waiting weeks for it to arrive, all the sizes were incorrect. I spoke to a Dave Smith who was supposed to be the supervisor. He said i would have to pay a £15 re-stocking charge even though it was not my fault. Why oh why does this guy work in customer service. During quite a heated converstaion and getting knowhere, he went on to say that he didn't care about my order. I was flabagasted! I said that I expected to be treated better than that. What he said after that i just couldn't believe. He said "If you don't like it, then F@#k off somehere else. Now I know why British industry has gone down the pan.

I asked to speak to the manager and he said that he wasn't in, so i called him back the following day. I spoke to Lionel (supposed manager). When I told him about what was said he went completely silent, he didn't seem bothered and said i would have to write a letter and he would look into it. An absolute joke of a man & company.

I would strongly advise anyone against ever using this company. If anyone has got any advise of where I could go from here as I very much doubt that "Lionel" will do anything about the way I was treated.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!

Ordered a full Adidas team kit, was emailed saying delivery is normally 10 working days. After a couple of weeks of hearing nothing, I called them, I was then told that there would be a delay which is Adidas' fault. It's been 2 months since then and still I haven't got the kit, the season has started and we have no kit! I've called them at least 25 times for an update, if they say they will call you back they definitely won't! I was finally told that they still dont have the long sleeved kit i ordered online but they do have short sleeved so I agreed this would do just to speed things up, I was then told they dont have the adidas socks I ordered but they do have their own unbranded ones. I said that this would do as a gesture of good will as a temporary measure and that when they do get the socks I ordered I would have them. To this I was told that I would have to pay for these unbranded socks but not only that, that I would have to pay an additional £5 delivery for the Adidas socks! I obviously declined and ordered the socks seperately elsewhere (which turned up today) I asked for a proof to be emailed to me, after requesting this about 5 times I finally got a Micky mouse copy and paste job which a 10 year old could have done on paint, either way I confirmed it as we need the kit. I was promised that we would have it for this weekend, was it delivered today? Was it *******@ck! I've never ever dealt with a more poorly run company in my life! I find it very strange that their phone is constantly engaged and if you are lucky enough to get a ring it will more than likely just ring and ring and ring. Please do not order from these cowboys!

When placing an order for a football kit costing over £250.00 i was told that my order would be with me within 7-10 working days. On the 10th day i rang up to see where my order was and was told it wasnt in the country and they didnt know hoe long it would be. I needed the football kit within the time frame i was given as my team had a match. I was told that the manager would call me back which he did not do. I had to weait 2 days for the manager to call me back. He said there was nothing that he could do but my kit would be with me in 2 weeks so it was now a month late. When the kit arrived i only got the shirts not the socks or shorts. When rining back it took the manager another 2 days to call me back even then he didnt know when it would be. I tried calling them again everyday asking when my remaing delivery would arrive with no explanation. In the end the manager said that he was fed up with me ringing up every day trying to find out where my remaining order. He was rude and abusive and told me to wait or get my money back but to stop ringing him! I have written 3 emails of complaints to the director with no reply! I have also complianed to trading standards.
This company is awful and the staff are rude especialy the manager lionel! Dont use them

We decided to place an order with Prosoccer UK for a Senior Kit and 7 Jackets back in June, this could of potentially been 14 more team kits for our junior teams. After several telephone calls and emails confirming our exact order and print details with the guarantee of delivery 7-10 days. We made a few changes to the kit ie different colour socks and shorts and clarified this with a back up email. We received a telephone call 2 days before delivery just to confirm where we wanted the print on the Jackets, the order arrived Jackets NO PRINT, short sleeve shirts arrived long and shorts and socks completly the wrong colour. The only thing right with the order was the Keepers kit. After getting through to them we were told it was our fault, on protesting this it was then the print teams fault, no blame being taken from the sales team. We had to send the whole kit and jackets back at a cost to ourselves and still waiting the refund promised for postage. Numerous of calls made sometimes being on hold for nearly and hour just to speak to the manager whos always on the shopfloor, but managed to speak to him one day and he promised we would receive the correct kit and jackets within 24 hours ~ 2 weeks later still no kit and when it did eventually arrive the jacket print was wrong and the shirts had been cut from long sleeve with very poor stitching with no flex to the stitch, spoke to Lionel again, who told us this is the "NORM " all kits are done like this, I think he thinks im stupid,. They will now not call me after leaving messages to contact me or even respond to emails where I have attached the kit stitching done by themselves. This was an Adidas kit at a cost to our Sponsor of £600. Their invoices show "Proteamwear" they are not linked to Proteamwear in Chester who receives loads of calls about Prosoccer UK. Matt and his team were very helpful and gave some good advice and contacts. Adidas are now dealing with my complaint and are fully aware of Prosoccer UKs bad customer service and now the quality of our order.
AVOID THIS COMPANY to save you time and money.
