🚨 Terrible Experience — PropStream Is a Complete Scam in Disguise If I could give zero stars, I would. PropStream is one of the most disappointing and misleading services I've ever dealt with. First off, the information they charge you for is completely free online. You can find the same property data, owner details, and mortgage info from public county websites and free platforms. They market themselves as an advanced, "exclusive" real estate data platform, but it's really just a glorified version of what you can already access yourself with a few Google searches. Now let's talk about their customer service — or lack thereof. They only have one customer service rep who answers every single call. If that person doesn't like you or gets an attitude, good luck getting any help. It's almost impossible to get support without being met with attitude, excuses, or total disregard for your issue. The biggest red flag for me was how they handled billing and cancellations. I cancelled my 7-day free trial before it ended, yet I was still charged $90 for a month of service I never used. When I disputed it with my bank, PropStream actually denied the dispute — claiming I used their platform when I absolutely did not. I didn't log in, didn't pull any lists, didn't even access the service after cancelling — and they still took my money. It's wild that a company bragging about making "$30,000+ a month" or "$100K+ in revenue" would still scam people over a $90 subscription fee. That tells you everything you need to know about their integrity. Bottom line — PropStream is a rip-off. Don't waste your time or money. Use free public data or other platforms that actually value their customers.

My name is Pedro Lopez, and I'm a real estate Investor from South Florida. I truly believe Propstream is the best software tool for investors based on many factors, but I'll cite just three of them. The life of every business is the amount of leads that we can get in contact with, and Propstream is able to offer them, in enough quantities to keep the pipelines full. Another advantage is the amount of data we can obtain about those leads, abundant and diverse for every niche within the real estate industry. Last but not least, its price is affordable enough for everyone, beginners or advanced investors. Those are my two cents on it. Thank you!
