ProFlowers Sucks
February 10, 2016

I received a call today, telling me to urgently call back because something was wrong with my order. I called the ProFlowers call center and got some idiot on the phone who barely spoke English, trying to tell me that my order had been cancelled. I asked her why it was cancelled? She said she did not know and stammered like a dumb piece of **** for 10 minutes. After asking to speak with a supervisor she let me know the supervisor was not available and I was fed up at that point and called her incompetent and hung up. Looks like my grandmother will not be getting flowers this year for Valentine's Day. Such a miserable company.

Worst company every!
February 10, 2016

Let me begin by saying every person that works in customer service is a foreigner. Not one single person speaks clear English nor do they understand it. When my order did not arrive early morning (which I paid $14.99 for) I called to see where the flowers were. The guy could not understand me nor I him. After a lot of frustration he said my early morning fee would be refunded but that he did not know where my flowers were or when they would arrive. Being extremely frustrated I hung up and called back. Only to spend 20 minutes on the phone for them to tell me that they could not find my order and that it was not their problem but my credit card companies. I then asked to speak to a manager, the girl told me one was not available. When I told her I would hold until there was one available she hung up on me. I then called back asking to speak to a manager. I was told once again one was not available. However, the girl did find my order and sent me an email stating that the $14.99 was refunded. When I tried to explain the flowers were for my mother who was in the hospital and she might be getting out later on in the day and that I was concerned the flowers might arrive after she was discharged I was laughed at. She then stated I could call back if that were not happen. I will NEVER order from this company again. EVER!

In 2014, I was traveling for work on Valentines Day week and listened to a favorite radio personality about using Pro Flowers for Valentines day. I ordered a nice arrangement (not a $29, $39, $49 roses and stems, but noce arrangement) to be delkivered to her office. She sent me a picture of the flowers and when I talked to her she was in tears. The flowers and leaves were freezer burnt and had no color at all... how did the flower compnay, the contractor / florist, and delivery process not see the horrible looking clump of frozen brush? Everyone at the office laughed - ruined Valentines day forever...
To make it worse - I called Proflower, after 14 minutes on hold, "Jasmine" said they would send out a replacement in 3 days at NO COST to me! I said I wanted my money back and was placed on hold again for almost 20 minutes until a manger could come on the line to say she would look into refunding my money. After using words I would not normally use to a poor unwitted phone clerk, I finally got my money back.
Everytime I hear an add for them, I change the station! I have stopped listening to one mornign show all together because I am sick of the ads for Pro Flowers every 20 minutes!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ProFlowers, YOU'LL JUST BE DISAPPOINTED OR WORSE!

Cancelled almost completed order when surprised by extra shipping and handling charges (which almost DOUBLED the price) NOT disclosed in radio ad nor anywhere else in the order process until very end. DO not like unpleasant surprises, felt duped, cancelled the order, then called and also got ***-poor customer service (unfortunate fools from Indonesia somewhere speaking poor English who can't do a thing and don't really care). THEN read some of the online customer comments (which i should have done before, of course) and realized how lucky i was: many of the stories are HORRIBLE: ruined birthdays, etc, due to failure to deliver, or extremely disappointing frozen or dead flowers, ineffective customer service, etc. etc. And ALL VERY RECENT (last month or so). Read them yourself before doing any business here, and my advice is: DON'T!

Horrible
February 7, 2016

If there was a place to give negative stars this would be it. I ordered flowers yesterday no where on the check out did it say there was a weekend charge or same day charge. That showed up after I confirmed my order of $31.00. I looked at my bank and it showed $65.00 really you've got to be kidding. I then logged into proflowers where only then did it show details. To make matters worse the flowers NEVER showed up! I emailed last night got no reply so I called this morning and guess what HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I was on the phone for over 30 minutes the first lady I could barely understand she couldn't speak English well at all and was rude putting me on hold and would say anything I ended up talking to her supervisor where he spoke a little better English where they wanted to send me a bouquet where I told them NO I need the flowers yesterday there was no need for them now. They tried telling me they could not refund me because I paid through PayPal I called BS. I was transferred to another department where again English was an issue and where I had to explain everything again and again got the run around. Finally I told her I DONT NOT WANT FLOWER AND I WOULD NEVER BUY FLOWERS FROM THEM AGAIN THAT I WANTED A FULL REFUND! I hope I got my point across but we will see if my refun shows up.

I purchased a bouquet to be delivered same day, paid the extra charge and it was not delivered on the same day. The call me saying that no one answered and they didn't leave the flowers, they will come back tomorrow. I spoke with someone on the phone, that could hardly speak English. Don't use their services. The flowers were for someone's family that passed away. A waste of money. A little suggestion, next time call and see what should you do, if no ones home, if if the subdivision has a code that you need.

DID NOT SUBMIT AN ORDER
February 2, 2016

YESTERDAY I WAS ON THE PROFLOWER SITE LOOKING AT OPTIONS FOR VALENTINE'S DAY. I DID NOT SUBMIT AN ORDER BECAUSE THEIR TOTAL PRICE WAS TOO HIGH. INSTEAD I ORDERED FROM FTD WHICH WAS MUCH LOWER. TODAY I RECEIVED TWO EMAILS TELLING ME I HAD SUMITTED TWO ORDERS. I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE TO CANCEL THE ORDERS AND GOT SOMEONE IN SOUTH AMERICA WHO COULD HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH AND DID NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK HER COMPUTER. AFTER OVER ONE HALF HOUR I SUPPOSEDLY GOT THE ORDERS CANCELLED, BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN MAIL CONFIRMING THE CANCELLATION OF THE TWO ORDERS

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. After receiving the email that they had been delivered, i called my dad. He was unaware that there was a delivery. No one notified him even though he was home.
He checked the front porch and found a box laying on its side. Upon opening the box, he found a vase, the card and add-in as well as a set of flowers sitting out by themselves that had been picked up for delivery the night before. This means they had been out of the cooler and water for over 12 hours by time they were left on his porch. That could have been any length of time if i had not called him.
In an effort to make things right, he scrambled to assemble them for me before she saw the mess they had delivered. Not knowing if he should use this or that part, I coached him over the phone on what to do. I have no idea how they looked when she got home. REALLY? I did not read anything online in the order warning me that I was ordering a SELF ASSEMBLY bouquet. If i wanted to do that, I could have gone to Walmart and spent less than half the amount!
Consumers should be aware that whoever you are sending the flowers to will receive a bouquet that has been sitting out of water and cooler for however long and have to put the gift together themselves. Tacky!

I order my mom flowers every year for her birthday, and last years was a disaster. I ordered white roses and most were already half-dead on arrival and much smaller than advertised. I ordered again this year because I had credit. I ordered the 100 blooms of Peruvian Iris's and she got about half of that and they were not bloomed. It came unassembled, my mom had to cut the flowers and put them in the vase. What a JOKE! Do not buy from them! She sent me a picture and likes anything I send her, but I knew that it was not at all what was pictured. Not ordering from them again!

Waste of time!
December 29, 2015

Placed order for a gift, received a phone call that it couldn't be delivered that day, would five days later work. I agreed to the new date. Next day I received a phone message asking me to call. I called the next day, spent 20 minutes on hold, was then transferred and was on hold until I received a personal call and had to hang up. Called again on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered and since it hadn't been delivered, I canceled the order. I had planned on purchasing flowers once a month for three months. Since the first order was so difficult, it wasn't worth the headache. I will call a local florist with my business.

They fixed my goof.
December 29, 2015

One of my coworkers sister died, so I sent flowers, I didn't know where she lived so I looked her up on the internet and it turned out that was the wrong address. I called proflowers and got a woman who was not very much help and even hung up on me but then I called back and a wonderful man picked up and solved all my problems. He sent another no charge to the correct address. He was so wonderful. I forget his name but he really saved me because I spent 50$ on these flowers.

The 2 dozen roses they delivered were a joke... picture a rose the size of a quarter! And the stems were so short the roses didn't even stand out of the vase they delivered with them. Don't waste your money here

TERRIBLE!
December 14, 2015

They completely ruined my anniversary they delivered my gift to my husbands work 2 WEEKS EARLY! LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Will never do business with this company again. Was very expensive but i thought I would be okay with that because I thought they would be hand delivered as promised by the lady on the phone but they were delivered in a box! Something any other company could do so why would
I spend the money to have Proflowers do it if they weren't going to deliver them in person!? Their customer service didn't speak a lick of English and then handed me off to someone else pretending her department didn't do what I needed. She was just illiterate. Anyways I was promised they would be delivered on the day I picked when I asked why they were shipping it so early. What is the point of picking a date if they are just going to do whatever they want anyways? SO ANNOYED 100$ and my husband just received in front of his whole work his anniversary gift 2 weeks before his anniversary!
