Not even a one star!
February 13, 2016

I paid over $80 to get the beautiful two dozen roses for my boyfriend that was shown on the website. What I got was far from that. The flowers were thrown in a d*** box wrapped in plastic. They threw them on the porch, didn't even knock on the door. If you could see the picture you would be as p***** off as I am. I will NEVER again use this company!

Terrible
February 13, 2016

Order flowers for Valentine's Day and they show up to my GF frozen solid dead buds that were dark brown. I called and demanded a full refund. I have one of the simplest names in the English language and it took 6 minutes for CS to even understand my name. I ask for the manager and placed on hold for 10 minutes then get put back in the que and when someone finally answers the same thing happens. Literally my name is easier than "John Smith". When I tell them what happened they don't believe me so I ask to send a picture and they say no, I ask for the manager. After a 10 minute argument they finally say they will refund me, my order total was $75.42, they say a full refund of $22 will be applied, I say that's unacceptable. From here out the refund goes up in $10 increments until it's finally what I paid. I ask for a confirmation number or email for my refund and they say no and tell me it will be 10 business days. Log into my bank three days later and THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE ORDER AGAIN AND REFUNDED THE EXTRA CHARGE. Disputing the whole payment with my bank and them and it's a nightmare. In other words NEVER EVER USE THIS WEBSITE.

The worse arrangement I have ever ordered. I paid in the end 66.00 for an arrangement with a value of about 10.00 --- Six times what I should have spent. Few flowers, no filler, an arrangement I WOULD NOT have picked up at the grocery store due to it's sad showing. What I bought was meant to cheer someone up instead the pathetic arrangement delivered at sad statement. I thought I would try ProFlowers as their advertisement made it SEEM I would get a good arrangement. I have used 1800flowers for years and never been disappointed. ProFlowers is a total rip off and when they say their arrangement are large they are totally misrepresenting what a flower arrangement should be. I will discourage anyone from using them ever. They should be driven out of business for misrepresenting their products.

Aweful!
February 12, 2016

Here's another disappointed customer: I order an arrangement of roses for valentines for my wife, the image I was looking at when I order it was so very nice looking, but the roses my wife got were withered and dead looking and not nearly close to the ones I ordered, when the delivery person brought them didn't even ring the door bell, just droped the box where they came in by the front door, I don't know why they came in a box, I was not told that, also I was told the delivery was gonna be around 9 am or little after but they didn't come til 6:30 pm when I was already home, it was suppose to be a nice surprise for my wife but instead it end up being such a disappointed evening. My advice to anybody that's looking to order roses or flowers for any occasion best if you look somewhere else to avoid being dissapointed like I was.

My girlfriend had to open this package at work in front of all her co-workers and her boss. I am so embarrassed and will never use this flower delivery service again! I paid $80 for a dozen roses, they were not only wilted and brown, 2 of them were broken! I tried to email them requesting a full refund, and numerous times they were unable to process it because I had the wrong order number. I checked it multiple times, it was right. Then I called the 800 number and the first time, was disconnected as I waited on hold. The second time I called, I had to wait on hold for over 20 minutes. The quality of the reception on the phone was full of static and I could barely understand the conversation! MY GOD, this is the worst customer service I have ever received. They did say they would give me a full refund in 5-10 business days. They better! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Greedy
February 12, 2016

I should have read reviews first before I order flowers from Proflowers. This is a terrible company. They are greedy too about money and stuff... already paid for delivery and wanted more so they could deliver at your requested hour. I already paid shipping of $12.99 and they wanted $14.99 more to be delivered before noon on Friday,,, since I did not pay the $14.99 I assume they will deliver when the business is close for the day. Shipping plus $14.99 they are asking will total more than what the flower actually cost. GREEDY PEOPLE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I HOPE THEY WILL SHOT DOWN FOR BUSINESS AND WILL GET THEIR KARMA

No satisfaction!
February 12, 2016

Spent $ 65.00 on flowers that arrived after my friend had left work for the day. Next day she had to retrieve them from the company mail room. Some were wilted with brown tinged petals. Customer service said "sorry. Please accept our apology" thats it! No refund, no consolation offer, nothing. WILL NOT USE PROFLOWERS EVER AGAIN.

After calling customer service at 4:00pm and still no flowers, they told me the guaranteed delivery technically could be 11:59 pm Valentine's Day. Finally at 9:30 pm they delivered a box of warm, wilted roses. They come in a fricken box and you have to take them out to put in the vase. I was so embarrassed that this was what I had ordered for someone. Horrible product, horrible customer service, horrible company. Do not be fooled by the advertising photos; the crappy box of flowers you receive will look nothing like that.

The images of the flowers is VERY deceiving! I ordered a dozen roses with a vase for $60+. They arrived in a box, roses weren't bloomed at all, no greenery included with the roses and they didn't include the card I requested. Someone else in the office received flowers from a local florist and they cost $15 more and they were beautiful. So don't waste you money!
Also, apparently all their customer service in overseas. I called them 4 times, twice I was disconnected after talking to a representative. Everyone person I talked to had a Asian accent.

Awful, just awful..
February 12, 2016

Ordering was fine, they even send you emails telling you where your flowers are, then it all falls apart.
My wife works in a big office and the whole point of sending flowers to a womans job is so all the other women see the flowers, admit it ladies. Proflowers sends the flowers in an old beat up box that looks like what the maltese falcon came in. Now my wife has to cut and arrange these beat up crappy looking flowers herself. They look nothing like the picture online. Maybe it says this is how the flowers will come on their site but when you see the picture you assume she will get something close to it. I feel ripped off, she thinks i a jack $#*! and im out 80 bucks. Thanks proflowers!

Well it is Valetines Day and I thought Hey why not get them done online, out of town and be a great surprise for her.

Well we got them.

1. Found them by the front door. Cold snowy weather wife and son is at home all day.
2. Opened the box and the flowers were damaged and frozen. Not arranged.
3. Try to put them together but the vase was cracked.
4. Called and was told pretty much too bad but I can get 20 percent off of next purchase.
5. My wife new I did my best.
6. Next year back to old way. I will go in and do it myself and deliver it myself.

Flowers were dead
February 12, 2016

My fiance ordered me flowers for valentines day and paid a pretty penny. They arrived dead. Opened the package and the crumbled. I called to complain and they offered my a coupon. Why would we ever order again if the flowers are going to be dead? I insisted on a refund. After about 20 minutes of explaining how I did not want a coupon I was able to get a refund. Also, the lady on the phone did not speak English very well.

I paid a large amount of money for delivery and "special handling" fees for the flowers I ordered. The flowers came in a horrible box and they were half dead, discolored, and ugly. My wife and her co-workers were embarrassed with the flowers I sent her. They spend all their money on marketing their company but do not follow through.! DO NOT BUY FROM PROFLOWERS!

Terrible! Ordered a bouquet for 93 year old grandma's birthday and it never arrived. Spent 40 minutes on phone with customer service who "resent" the order to the florist. Customer service refused to refund "same day service" rate even though it will supposedly arrive two days AFTER the delivery. Never again.

Horrible business ethic
February 10, 2016

Do not buy from this company. They charged me $143 for 12 roses, a vase, 6 strawberries and 6 cherries, now look at this... they charge you $19.99 for the shipping + $14.99 for a "Morning Delivery" after all that they split my order in half and send the flowers with UPS and the Berries with FedEx the result was, my wife got the flowers at 11:30am without the berries because those are from another supplier and were send without the morning delivery option. Now, first off is ridiculous to split an order like that when everyone is buying it as a package thinking that it will arrived all together; and second, the extra charge for the morning delivery only applied to 1/2 the shipment, the other half arrived after my wife left het job, then they say that they couldn't refund my money because the berries were in transit. Worst experience I ever had with this type of service, and I choose a Wednesday delivery instead of the Valentine's Sunday day to avoid this kind of issues.
