Don't waste your money
February 29, 2016

Don't waste your money! You can get better product at minute mart for $6.99. If you're out of town google a local florist to great product without ridiculous shipping charges that double your bill

Pro Flowers Disappointed
February 23, 2016

Received my flowers at my job at which they delivered to the mailroom in the basement and not the 5th floor where I work as they were instructed. Flowers came in a box. I opened the box and they were in bud form. Called my fiancé and told him I received the flowers, but could not tell how they were going to look. He sent me the actual picture advertised. 2 days later both the lilies and tulips began to blossom. I waited a couples days later to see if they would look like the floweres that were pictured on their site. Well, to my surprise they NEVER came out looking like the picture. They were arranged wrong. I couldn't believe it! What a waste of time and money. I called for my fiancé to get his money back. They said that they would send out new floweres. I told them Valentine's day is over, REFUND. Then they tried to cancel the replacement flowers since I requested a refund. Too late, got a refund and the flowers came today. I'm waiting to see how this batch will turn out. At least they are arranged appropriately this time.

Disgusting
February 23, 2016

I asked to cancel the order within a minute of placing it due to the exorbitant shipping costs that are discreetly applied at the end. My multiple requests were summarily ignored for 2 days and then I was told that it was too late to cancel. Duh- because you ignored me for two days.

The flowers arrived nothing like described, never opened and died a couple of days later despite following all the instructions.

I've ordered flowers online several times and I have never had such a poor customer experience. I don't know how you expect to get returning customers after you treat them this way.

Overpriced flowers
February 21, 2016

Never buy from them again. Hidden cost that was never disclosed. Try to lure you in with a special code to get a big discount, only thing that code does is not display the hidden charges.

Hidden Cost
February 19, 2016

Ordered flower, on line, to be delivered on Saturday 2/13/16. The advertised cost of the flowers was around $30. The total cost to me was $60 and some change. Contacted Customer Support to be informed that the extra cost was associated with shipping. For shipping that doubles the cost gives me no incentive to ever use ProFlowers again. The flowers were beautiful. The delivery was as requested. My wife was surprise and pleased. I was surprised and displeased by the total cost. Would recommend using your local florist. May not be cheaper but there will be no surprise.

I ordered b day flowers for Feb 16th 2016 for a friend. They were 2 dozen of mixed roses with a beautiful silver bucket which I paid extra for! She never received the flowers until the next day due to weather. When she did receive them they were in a ordinary vase NOT the vase I paid extra for! Customer service reimbursed me because my friend didn't receive them on her bday. Then we find out she didn't even get the right vase! Good thing I DIDNT have to pay for them! Never will I order from them again!

Satisfied
February 17, 2016

This review is based on my last order a year ago. I was very happy with the flowers that my daughter received. She was very please with them and the pictures she sent of them were very nice. Now I just placed an order today so let hopefully say that this will be a 5 star review as well...

Terrible!
February 17, 2016

Chocolate candies are stale and hard, flowers are wilted. My daughter sent flowers a few ago and I thought it was just a bad batch. But my husband had flower delivered this Valentine's Day and they were worse this time. Seriously bad. I hate to be negative, especially about a gift, but geez this were really bad. Going directly into the trash. I hope my husband doesn't see this because the gesture is what matters.

This was the 1st time ordering with ProFlowers. The delivery was timely, but the flowers where well under par, as in seen fresher at the gas station. However the customer service was great. I emailed them back at the address I received my confirmation from and they responded with in a day, which made it very easy. In addition they gave me several options, from replacement to refund. As I had already picked up replacements I asked to be reimbursed. They responded with in a day that they would refund my order, and not just the flowers, but the shipping expense as well. As the flowers included a box of chocolates I would have assumed at least some deduction for the chocolates, but to my surprise they are providing a full refund. Outstanding customer service experience, I had originally assumed at best I would get is to file a complaint, but to my surprise I received a quick response, multiple options, and a timely refund notice for the full amount spent. I will be willing to give them another chance in the future to provide the product quality they advertise, as I feel comfortable in the fact that if its not right, they will work to make it right one way or another.
Thanks Again ProFlowers for a great experience.

I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my girlfriends work the Friday before Valentine's Day, paying an additional charge for shipping and getting confirmation that they would arrive between 8am and 6pm. An email was supposed to go out when said flowers where shipped with a tracking number. I never received that email and Friday morning called about them. The line was fairly staticy so I couldn't quite understand the tracking number the guy told me over the phone and when I asked if it could be sent in an email he said that wasn't possible. I then simply asked if they were on their way and would arrive on time to which he assured me they would. No flowers. Saturday I called asking what happened and was simply told they were late and would refund my shipping fees and ASSURED me they would arrive that Monday (the day after Valentine's). Monday comes along and no flowers. After calling the THIRD time the lady simply told me they never even shipped and wouldn't arrive. The only compromise they could come up with was to send a replacement that wouldn't arrive until over a WEEK after Valentine's Day or give me a full refund without sending anything. I would have saved much time, stress, AND actually received flowers buy just ordering from someone else. Now it's the day after Valentine's Day, my girlfriend received no flowers and I'm no better off than the day I orders from ProFlowers.

False Advertisement
February 15, 2016

I paid $ 67.00 for 24 long stem roses (that you could get for $10.00 on a corner) that were delivered in a box and not in an arrangement as their web site shows. They put half of the roses (short stems) whitin the whole bunch, so you wouldn't see they were short stems. What a disappointment for the sender and the receiver expecting a floral arrangement. They didn't refund the total amount ($67.00), just the $40.00 I paid for the flowers. The rest was delivery charge and extra for being delivered on Saturday (02-15-2015). First and last time I'm using the service, which was advertised on the Elvis Duran morning show. What a scam.

You get what you pay for!
February 14, 2016

I ordered the Valentine's Day special. 2 dozen long stemmed roses. They came frozen, 1 dozen long, and 1 dozen short stemmed, and within an hour they opened up, and the petals started falling off. I ordered them for delivery on the 13th. They did come on time. But the next morning, all the rose were drooping and the petals were all over the place. I can't believe that they would send such garbage. You can imagine the reaction I received from my wife when she awoke and saw this mess. I guess you get what you pay for. Go to your local florist. May cost a little more, but you see what you are getting.

I was promised replacement flowers for the Christmas gift from a friend that arrived with most of the tulips being moldy. So bad that I had respiratory problems from the mold. The replacement order was supposed to arrive on Jan. 4th, and I'm still waiting.(Feb. 13,2016
