This place is a scam. My husband had flowers delivered to me to my job on Valentines Day, all of my coworkers gathered as I opened my gift, and to my surprised I opened up a box with brownish flowers some were half dead hanging on for dear life. Not only was it embarrassing but my husband paid $200 for roses and a lavender basket! Stay away from this janky place!
Ordered a dozen Roses for my wife for Valentine's Day a day an a half before Valentine's Day. Price I thought was high for a plain bouquet of roses. My wife works for a high School so I thought I would send some flowers to surprise her. I could have bought the same flowers at Safeway for $40.00, but Pro flowers were a hefty $128.00 with tax, but I needed them delivered. They were "Not" delivered. I called around 7 or 8 times and got disconnected 5 times. The other times I was on hold for maybe a half hour until I gave up and hung up! When I finally got ahold of someone the next day it was someone in Asia that was unapologetic and said they tried to call me which was a lie, and that they had a mix up. They couldn't deliver today because it was Saturday and the school was closed! I told her I changed the address to our home address last night so my wife would hopefully get them today a day later. By the afternoon the next day nothing! I cancelled the order and received no apology, or coupons, or flowers, or nothing! Never again will I use Pro flowers!
Selected an arrangement that was offered in three sizes. I selected and paid for the middle one, almost $100.00. They delivered the smallest one, probably $30.oo or so cheaper and it was delivered from a florist more than an hour away. Don't make this mistake!
Flowers arrived frozen. No confirming delivery email sent (as promised by Pro Flower).
Totally useless purchase - no warranty what so ever. I will never use again.

Stars I would. When you have one day you must get it right It's Valentine's Day. I ordered flowers ahead of time, I paid extra money to have it delivered on Valentine's Day. When the flowers never showed up I couldn't get in touch with anybody. And now a day later they send a generic email letting me know that my flowers will be one day late. This is unacceptable.
This company is horrible, doesn't deliver flowers when they promise to, and lies constantly. I ordered flowers for my mother on 2/10/20 for Valentine's Day, as I do every year since her husband died, I was promised a 2/13/20 delivery date. They not only didn't show up on Wednesday, so I called and was told they'd arrive on Valentine's Day 2/14/20. Second promise broken. They still did not arrive. I call again on 2/15/20, and was given a refund, which I deserve because their company did NOTHING they said they would, but I just wanted my mother to get her Valentine's Day flowers. They said that's not possible. A flower company says they can't still send my mother flowers, which she deserves. They care NOTHING for the customer. Don't order from them!

I ordered 18 long stemmed roses 3 full days before Valentines day. Late on the night of Valentines, the flowers had not arrived, I got no notice by email or phone, and no one was answering the ProFlowers number. It was only on the day after Valentines that i was able to reach someone to cancel my order. They said the could deliver by the 18th -4 days after Valentines day. I will never order anything from this company again. I picked them originally because their name popped up first on a google search.
My husband's order for Valentine's Day arrived in time, and the roses were nice, but the leaves were all wilted. The vase was a painted Mason jar, and he wound up paying $67.00 for something that he could have gotten at a local florist for half the price that would have been a whole lot nicer!
Ordered 12 days before Valentine's Day and order was to be delivered by 6:00pm. Wife never received and I called and finally got through after a 45 minute wait on the phone. Rep called florist and said they would deliver to home address by 9:00pm. Of course no delivery and I have been waiting on hold for 45 minutes and still no answer. Thanks for nothing Proflowers... not reliable and will not use again.
I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day five days before. They waited until the day of to cancel my order without any explanation. I tried calling their customer service number 10 times. The one time it didn't hang up on me I was on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. They still haven't answered my email. They used to deliver great flowers, now that they're part of FTD they're horrible. Don't waste your money.
Ordered on 2/10 to be delivered on 2/14 Valentines Day. On the 13th received an email that they were shipped and would arrive on the 14th. On the 14th they never arrived and checked the UPS tracking number only to see they had not been shipped by pro flowers and only a UPS shipping label had been created. I then had to call pro flowers to check the status of my order and had the pleasure of spending close to 45 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone and then being connected to a call center representative who was very very difficult to understand only to confirm they had not been shipped. I asked for a refund that was given however I will never order from this company again as they cannot be relied upon to deliver what were supposed to be flowers for my wife on Valentines Day. Very very disappointing.
Ordered flowers for my wife who is currently in the hospital fighting for her life and me and my sons are unable to be there at the time. They sent me another email 10 min after they sent me a email that it was being delivered, that it was unavailable. I didnt see the second email until this afternoon... they dont answer the number they have it hangs up on you and have got no response by email which i had been trying since this afternoon. Took almost 100$ from my account and no way to communicate with anyone and nothing arrived to my wife... wouldnt recommend to anyone...
Very very poor customer service. I believe their service must be from out of the US. Each simple question I asked I had to be put on hold only to get an unsatisfactory response. Furthermore the chocolates were melted and the flowers were delivered very late thus totally ruining any Valentine's Day surprises. There are many florist to order from with better service. I am NEVER ordering from Proflowers again. Hide your wife and your kids from this company!
When I called there number, I was put on (no indication you are) hold, after 30 minutes someone picked up and acted (sounded like another country) they couldn't hear me. My wife never did receive her flowers, I didn't know they were called "slowflowers" or "Poorflowers", buyer's beware! Like other reviewers, if I could give a negative score, I surely would.
My mom didnt receive her flowers on Feb 13 and I called and was on hold for over 30 minutes four different times. I asked to speak to a Manager and they always would say give me two minutes and 30 minutes later I hung up.
Placed order 6 days prior to requested delivery, charged 2 days prior to delivery date, delivery date came and went with NO DELIVERY! Called the following day, promised an upgrade & delivery, next day STILL NO DELIVERY! TERRIBLE COMPANY, will NEVER deal with them again!
Could not give me any information on delivery. I tried to give them instructions because it's a gated community but the rep could not understand me. Was told if my flowers did not arrive today they'd be here tomorrow... Today is Feb 14th uggggh
I ordered flowers the 5th of February with a delivery on the 13th. My flowers do not show up. When I call they say, " Oh, we can deliver on the 18th." I do not need them then. Poor customer service. If anything I would've appreciated a call beforehand.

Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
