Outstanding Customer Support

I recently had an issue with the app. Even though my internet connection was stable, I kept getting an error message saying, "Please check your internet connection." It was frustrating, so I decided to contact customer support via email.
Payal from their team responded immediately and quickly identified the technical issue. Thanks to her prompt assistance and efficiency, everything was resolved within a day. I truly appreciate the excellent support and swift resolution.
While other OTT platforms may offer more features, I'd rather have peace of mind knowing I can rely on outstanding support when issues arise, rather than being overwhelmed by a sea of features with no one to help me.

2019 - Abubakar Siddique started VCB Journey with a YouTube channel on July 17,2019. On December 6,2019, Abubakar Siddique celebrated his 15th birthday by releasing his first animated short film, 'UFO MINI MOVIE.' At that time, he was learning video editing and animation.
2020 - Abubakar developed the 'VIDEO COMIC BOOK' app to provide updates for VCB but later chose to discontinue it, and he also launched the 'VCB Course: Editing Master Class,' which is currently inactive.
2021 - Abubakar introduced the 'VCB Streaming Platform' on Friday, March 26,2021. This new platform conveniently combines all VCB movies and MiniTV shows in a user-friendly app. VCB content is no longer on YouTube; it's now exclusively on their 'VCB Streaming Platform' app.
2022 - The VCB Streaming Platform is an OTT (Over-The-Top) app with an impressive and growing user base. The platform successfully garners an average of 10,000 views per month on its seamless user interface. VCB allows users to stream content on various devices. Most of the content can be streamed in resolutions of up to 1080p or 4K with HDR, depending on the device's capabilities. VCB also introduced Dolby Digital audio for compatible devices.
2023 - On March 31,2023, Abubakar removed all of his animated videos and short films to create new content, showcasing his enhanced skills and creativity. Currently, his primary focus is on producing feature films. To celebrate the old days, he premiered a short series titled 'VCB Back to Golden Days' on the same day.
2024 - Due to its growing user base since 2022, the VCB Streaming Platform app is now officially accessible on app stores. The initial listings for the app are:
• Google Play Store: February 2,2024
• Amazon Appstore: February 3,2024
