I have had a long and successful relationship with Houzz since they went live in 2009. I recently signed up for Houzz Pro which has a lot of tools for tracking projects and interacting with clients. For me, the main reason I use Houzz Pro is to receive leads from potential clients. I have really enjoyed working with my Client Success Manager, Ati. I recommend Houzz Pro.
I really love this platform and all that it offers! It has literally doubled my business. It's been wonderful to be able to work directly with my Client Success Manager, Akash Champaneri - he has made great observations and suggestions that made positive changes to my profile visibility almost instantly! I highly recommend Houzz to anyone in this field looking to grow their business!
I have been a pro with Houzz for over 6 years and have to say it just keeps getting better and better! They offer a variety of services and growing, definitely the leader in our industry! We joined Houzz Pro three years ago and cannot say enough about this company. They have certainly worked hard to cover all the basis in regards to advertising. We have been in business for 25 years and by far Houzz Pro is the best form of advertising we have partnered with.
I have been using Houzz to generate leads for the company I work at for almost a year and have had MAYBE 4 leads. All of which were such small jobs that we could not even do the jobs for the customers without losing money. So we actually have been paying $500 a month to Houzz to generate leads for a random subcontractor we think would be right for $75 jobs. In my mind, when you pay that much and sign a contract with a company that you CANNOT get out of, that company should be handing me WAY more leads. We have followed all the advice from our account manager to make our account more suited to generating larger cost jobs, but no luck, absolutely none. Do not waste your money on this company. Angie's List provides 5x as much leads at a fraction of the cost. Signing up for Houzz was the worst business decision I have ever made.

I am leaving this review because I would like to help ALL potential businesses from wasting their money and their time into Houzz Pro. I am a business owner of (3) different businesses: real estate investment company, remodeling and moving company. I signed up with Houzz Pro about 6 months ago for my remodeling company to have a better and more efficient estimates and bid system for my company. I will say that part only Houzz has a decent system in place. I found out while talking to them, they also did marketing for business as well. It sounded very good on the phone with the package they had to offer, and I decided to go with it, along with their software program for contractors. So, I spent some time setting up my profile and loading pictures of projects with some small descriptions on it, so protentional clients could see the work we do. I attached our website to these pages as well, which is very well layout website with tons of pictures of projects we have done as well. Now comes the problems with Houzz. With talking with other contractors and talking to people at network meetings about the new program/subscription (Almost $5,000 for the year) I had with Houzz and how I was not happy with any of the customers that came through, to where they were NEVER responding to emails, calls or messages through Houzz or any other ways either. From all the people I talked to about this, that used Houzz had similar and other issues as well, on way they were not happy with at all with Houzz. When finally doing a deep dive into Houzz throughout the internet, I started finding a ton of negative feedback with all the same issues. Houzz has a 1.03-star average on BBB with 500+ complaints in the last 3 years alone. They have a 2.5-star average on site jabber. There Reddit complaints are through the roof. The list goes on and on with reason why not to sign the contract with this company and the reviews and complaints on the internet are very accurate. I hope if other people/business read this, they do their research before giving any money or signing anything with this company.
Houzz has helped me build a professional web presence and promote my services. Additionally vastly helped with my organization and communication with clients. It's just way easier to keep my ducks in a row. I highly recommend Houzz to all professionals.
HOUZZ has been a great partner to work with in promoting our interior design firm. Fifty percent of our referrals now come through Houzz. Their platform helps us decide which projects are a good fit and which are not. They are a very valuable asset for us. We also like the Ideabooks we can create to help clients see inspiration photos.

We have been very pleased with not only marketing with Houzz, but using all of the profile building and CSR tools that they provide. They continually improve their useable features making easier to upload photos and manage incoming leads as well as awarded projects. Our ROI with Houzz has exceeded our expectations.
As an Interior designer I was looking to expand my business, so I joined Houzz Pro. I was a bit nervous about renewing my subscription with Houzz.com due to my previous Client Onboarding Specialist. (She sucked! Lazy, rude and completely unmotivated!)
However, luckily for me I was paired with Jade Deberry this time around! And she has been absolutely awesome!
Extremely personable, knowledgeable, and absolutely wants to see me succeed! She is very dependable and her follow through is immaculate! She gives me very specific things to do to increase my present on Houzz. Unfortunately, I recently found out she's only assigned me for 90 days. However, I'm hoping that somehow that will change. And she will be able to work with me directly through the duration of my time with Houzz. We are a professional Houzz Member since many years and absolutely enjoy working with the Houzz team and the Houzz members. We wrote hundreds of comments and design advises and with the help of Houzz we became the leading company in narrow depth shades and blinds. This would not have been possible without Houzz and its dedicated team.
They don't have any support, i cancelled my trial but they charge me with one subscription for 12 months.
I tried to communicate with them, but only i received one email for cancel the subscription and paid for 12 months.
Take care of them they stolen the money for the guys that tried to check the estimate software.
I got Houzz Proo almost a year ago because I was trying to see if they had a good estimate program. However, they have estimate forms they don't have anything to help with estimates since this was my primary reason for signing up with House I tried to cancel. Repeatedly, I have called and they always refer me to a representative and asked to call me back. And for service of $100 a month that I'm not using it is starting to irritate me. I'm getting ready to report them to Better Business Bureau. I have contacted them at least six times only to get the same response that I have to speak to my representative, who signed me up.
Keeping the info current with the contractor and keeping up with the times most important. Makes the client feel more comfortable with the knowledge of the person whom they would allow in their house.

Answer: After being hounded for years by their persistent sales team we finally committed for a year of "Pro" service for our design company. This was very expensive and yielded no solid leads after one year. For comparison, Google gave us over 3,300 referrals in a year, Instagram almost 1,000. Houzz Pro? 35. In an entire year. Less than 3 click throughs a month for $400 a month. After a year they renewed us on a month to month basis for $400 a month with no fore warning or any follow up to see what we had thought of their "service". Our Houzz Pro "dashboard" contains no information on billing, renewal terms or renewal dates. To cancel your auto renewal you have to do it on the phone, 30 days in advance. Our sales rep. No longer answers emails and will not address this issue. We are disputing this with Visa and we keep getting charged. We block Houzz Pro and next month we get billed by Houzz Advertising. Truly a terrible, parasitic, dishonest company that provides zero value. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
