Pristine Auction

Won a Oj Simpson signed Jersey and it's been right at a month. The tracking number and info says it was sent to the wrong post office at one time. Pristine sent a email saying it had gone back to them after several unsuccessful attempts at delivery. Impossible. I have a box at my residence. Carrier has keys. Plus a office it can be left at. I want a refund and have requested it and all I hear is crickets. The worst ever. Don't buy anything from them...

I bought a signed Antoine Bethea jersey and will never buy another jersey from pristine auction again. The stitching of the jersey is just falling out and loose strings hanging off the jersey in multiple places, there are bubbles under the letters. Beware what you bid on. I only paid 30 bucks and feel ripped off.

I received an auction I won (Giannis signed jersey) and look at the number where the autograph is! It's missing the inside stitching and they will not do anything about it! Their customer support is insulting, slow to respond and once they have your money they don't care. They don't add any warning about faulty items in their description, be careful!

For as long as I could remember, Ive always wanted a Roberto Duran autograph. Seeing that it would probably be very difficult for me to get it myself I decided that I would turn to the web. It's very difficult to trust online shops and most of the time they put some bogus authentication number. I needed a company with a good reputation and so I decide to go with Pristine Auction. I'm glad that I did and have been a loyal customer since.

This site is great, I've already found a unique gift for my brother for next Christmas that he's going to love and for an EXCELLENT deal! I can't wait to give it to him. I almost don't want to tell people so it doesn't create too much competition and drive up the great prices. Everything I've bought has come quickly and is identified as described! Such a fun site to look through, but you have to watch, it's easy to rack up charges because there are so many great items!

After everything was said and done the total with additional fees was $978
The stated shipping estimated for $25- I was billed $65. All the other fees were inflated. Will not purchase from again after being charged an additional $250 in fees. I did email them stating the shipping fee was way different than the actual shipping fee. They basically said sorry/tough. This is just my humble experience.
The box the item came in was ripped.

I purchased a print for CAD$23 including the mark up. I paid $13 for shipping and thought that was my total. I thought this because there is not duty or tax on under $30. Imagine when UPS demanded $21 further payment for 'Brokerage'! It was not over $30, and what they dared to take in broad daylight was what I paid for the print. I looked again at the print but saw only that I could be liable for duties and taxes 'as charged by the Canadian Government'... now, UPS, as far as my humble and limited knowledge goes, is not yet a country.
I have left Pristine and will not return, they are in my opinion misleading foreign buyers. Disgraceful!

Pristine Auction is the best, the one and only, for me anyway, for Sports Memorabilia. It's not just sports! It's almost everything. I have acquired some precious signed items that I will treasure forever!

Watch out if your planning on buying something expensive. They don't care how they ship it or if it gets to you in good shape. I paid a lot of my money for a picture and when it arrived it had water marks and bend corner. I wrote them an email explaining the damage and they never responded.

I've also placed on bid on one of the mystery helmets thinking worst case I will get someone who is good but not worth as much. Instead they send me a Riley Ridley helmet. Literally a player who has never really started a game and can't even find a team to take him.
I understand it's a mystery Helmet box but when people are bidding 60 plus dollars on a helmet you can atleast give a decent players signed hemet.

Product damaged upon arrival. UPS their chosen delivery company completely inept. Resolution by owner Jared Kavlie was an insult. Put me through a lot of stress and aggravation trying to get my refund for the damaged product. Customer service employees don't know the meaning of, customer service. Delivery took two weeks to be sent never mind more time being received. Second delivery could not be coordinated between Pristine, UPS and myself. No one would go out of their way to help and resolve issue until I spent two days begging people to help me.
