I ordered tires from Priority Tire. The tires arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The tires were as described. Unfortunately I bought another set before they arrived. The return was a no hassle process and customer service was outstanding. I would order tires from Priority Tire again.

Here is a brief overview of my experience with Priority Tire: I ordered tires on Aug 25,2020 they arrived 8 days later. I had them installed for $20 each at a local tire shop, at which point the tire shop informed me that the tires were the wrong size. I went back and checked my order and immediately notified Priority Tire that they sent the wrong size tires. A day and a half later I received a response from Priority stating "We apologize for the inconvenience caused, but we shipped out what was ordered". I responded by copying and pasting my order confirmation showing that they did not send the tires that I ordered. Priority responded, apologized, and said that they would send FedEx labels so I could return the tires to them and that once they get the tires back they would send me out the tires I ordered. I thanked them but explained that if I take the tires off without having the tires I ordered I will be without a vehicle until they send the tires that I ordered. The service rep said he would talk to management and get back to me the next day. Four days later I wrote back and said that if I didn't get a response I would just order through another company, return their tires, and get my money back. They responded two days later saying they never heard back from management. I ordered the right tires through Discount Tire and am in the process of returning Priority's tires. Hopefully they at least give me my money back but at this point I expect that to be a struggle just like everything else with this company. All this to say, mistakes happen but the way Priority handled the situation thus far has been a major disappointment. The savings is not worth the hassle.

Used Priority Tire for the first time. Tires were shipped from Jacksonville, FL to Clarksville, TN and took 5 days for ground shipping. That was not Priority Tire's fault. Was an overall good order and will order from here again. Thanks for the tires.

I ordered 4 tires from Priority tire and was delivered 3 tires. I was informed by FedEx that I was going to get my last tire on a certain day and that didn't happen. I called Priority tire about this delivery delay and they told me I'll get it the next day and that didn't happen. Priority tire gave a partial refund of $20 for the inconvenience which to me isn't sufficient when I bought 4 tires and needed all 4 tires for this holiday weekend. So this was a poor first and more than likely last experience purchasing with Priority tire.

We do genuinely apologize if the situation transpired like that. We try our best to not send out incorrect Tires and to resolve issues correctly and promptly.
The recent months have been a bit more troublesome than usual due to unexpectedly high volumes of traffic, which is the sole reason for the delays.
The main issue with this specific situation was that the Tires were mounted; if wrong Tires were sent, it is not expected for the Tires to be mounted.
Furthermore, the requested resolution would lead to a situation where we would send out yet more Tires without any guarantee of receiving the original ones back. Regrettably, although PriorityTire tries to act in good faith and deal kindly with our Customers, our good will has been abused many times before, which is why we have the "Item must return first" policy. Exceptions can certainly be made, however you can see why we could for example be skeptical in a situation where the original Tires were already mounted.
All in all, we didn't wish to cause you any hassle and apologize that the wrong Tires were shipped as well as that you didn't get the prompt service you deserved.
