I ordered a book from this website and when I received the order it was the wrong book. I contacted customer service and was told I would receive my refund once they received the book and gave me a shipping address to mail it to. The address is in $#*!ing MALAYSIA and would cost me $70 to ship it there. I told them I needed a shipping label but the refused to give me one even though it was not my fault that I received the wrong book. Eventually they just stopped replying to my emails.
Now I'm stuck with a book I can't use.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
Book just arrived. It is the international version and not for use in the US. Seriously! If I had known I was ordering a book from MALAYSIA, I would NEVER have ordered it.
BUYER BEWARE, if you accident order from priority textbook call your credit card company to CHARGE BACK your transaction. And DO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER, if the order drop off DO NOT OPEN and bring it back to USPS return it back to sender. Don't put your luck it 100% SCAM.
My order was supposed to arrive over a month ago. I tried to reach out to customer service, but no response. I tried to leave a review on their website, but it was not published. Their reviews are likely fake. Do not waste your money.
I've placed my order since the September 11 and still have not received my book. Mind you I payed extra for it to fed ex in 2 days. I've tried to contact them and nothing. This is very upsetting. I just want my book or if not my money returned.
They are horrible only international books. I ordered a book they sent me an international version which I couldn't use. I tried to send back and the customer is responsible I was being charged $130 to send back ridiculous now I'm stuck with the book. Dont
I browsed the site for a textbook, and was urged to place the order quickly because there were only 7 copies left, so I ordered the text, being promised that there was a 3-5 day delivery turnaround. After a few day of not hearing back about the order, I eventually got a tracking number. But nothing ever got sent. When I inquired what the holdup was, I got a "No problem. We've cancelled your order, and it will be refunded." No problem for them, maybe, but I needed the text! No explanation until I demanded one. Oh... we only had one copy left and it was damaged. Have a pleasant day. Won't ever use this company again.
Still waiting on my book after weeks. All they do is send me a tracking number that just says pending delivery and has been that way for a week.
I wish I had known Priority textbook was in Malaysia. Upon the order of my Rental textbook from Textbook Priority, I was issued a receipt and order information. After attempt to return it back, I (customer, buyer) was liable for ALL shipping fees; it costed more than the value of the book. Moral of the story is, I should've rent from Amazon.
I purchased a book for Discrete Mathematics that never came. I contacted costumer support but never got a response. To this day it still says awaiting tracking number. I can't be more clear do not order anything form this site. It's a scam.
I was trying to make a purchase after searching everywhere for this textbook and my transaction would not go through. As I was trying to figure out what on earth was going on, my husband then called to let me know that our bank had flagged it as suspicious and blocked the transaction. Thank goodness because I started searching for reviews of the website and came across all of these horrible reviews. I did not re-attempt the transaction after talking to my bank for these reasons, so I can't say anything about their customer service or anything else... but if my bank is telling me to stay away... I'll listen. I thought some might find this valuable/helpful information, hence the review despite no purchase.
I purchased a book from here and they ended up sending me the wrong book. It took over a week to come as well. I requested a refund and they said I can return it for a refund as long as I ship it back to them (they are located in Malaysia, so shipping would cost as much as a new book). I would give them a 0/5 if I could. STAY AWAY!

They knowingly shipped the wrong material, and will not pay to help return. I foolishly thought that Paypal would help me out here but they are useless.
Purchased an Anatomy book for my husband. The item details said it would arrive before Thursday. When I purchased, the site stated they only had 6 books left. My husband needed the book for his class on Friday. Never received tracking and definitely never received the book. I emailed customer service and never heard back from them. I attempted to purchase again only as a test to see what en estimated arrival date would be and the weird thing is that it still stated only 6 books were available. Now I keep getting emails from the company to complete my book purchase. They definitely want to scam me for more money. Do not purchase from this company. Beware!
Please read reviews before attempting purchase. This is definitely a scam. I got charged twice and was never even given a code or anything. Tried to contact customer service and it was some random lady who picked up and hung up when I mentioned priority textbook. I emailed the customer service and was credited but I know this was not the case for many people. Buy from a credited site and read reviews!
Scam scam scamm! Do not buy Trust me they ship the wrong book and ask you to pay for the shipping to malaisa and it's always "Thomas" guy who answers. This website must be shut down
DO NOY BUY. They falsely advertise the regular edition and ship the international edition. Their website gives an error when you try to return, and they have no phone number. Open a dispute with your credit card company, get your money back that way, and don't bother with them.
