The photos came really late, like 2 weeks later than expected, they said 3 days after ordered. But that wasn't the case
The books that I ordered came out great, however, when I ordered them it said to order on June 9th before midnight to get the order in time for Father's Day, which was the 16th. I thought that was great because I didn't need them until the 20th anyway. But unfortunately, they didn't come in until the 24th. Which was disappointing.
The calendar arrived slightly bent. More protective shipping packaging would be appreciated.
Was a little difficult adjusting photos to fit slots. Overall was pleased with how each of the blankets turned out. They all make us smile.
The photo on the throw pillow came out nice, however I'm not that thrilled with the fabric.
I was disappointed in how the quality of the book came out with the thread exposed inside the spine on some pages and how the images the span across both pages didn't align right. But quality of photos were clear
I love my family photo puzzles. Everyone enjoyed finding one another's, ears, eyes, nose! The jokes are still on going!

I ordered my photos for Father's Day and before I submitting and paid for my order. He was guaranteed as long as as I place my order by And today, Sunday I would have time for Father's Day. Nope three weeks late. Some photos are so dark even though I asked for color and enhancement you can barely see color so I guess you say they're black-and-white when they're actually color photos orientated even though I made sure the orientation was correct.
The square tiles are not square well they are Square, but the lines aren't straight It's very noticeable and looking at them. Spent over $200 on them. At least my husband still loves them.

The project area to create your design is easy to navigate. Uploading the pictures and choosing the designs, add ons, etc are easy to navigate.

Overall good except entered my promotion code and was stuck wouldnt start canvas or let me upload had to go to printer pix website and when went to pay it remembered my code go figure will be easier next time im sure thanks

I had no issues from start to finish delivery of product. My ordered metal print met my expectation level. I highly recommend PrinterPix.
Ordered 2 seperate pictures on June 4th (maybe the 5th). Both said they we ready and being shipped on June 18th( the original eatimated delivery date). 1st one arrived on the 23rd. 2nd one still showed that a label had been made and was awaiting pick up by delivery company all the way till July 1st. Picture arrived at it's destination (finally) yesterday July 2nd. You guys charged a lot of money for shipping considering normal USPS would have gotten there the same time for a quarter of the price. That being said. The pictures were very well made. Your shipping department sucks.
I bought 2 cups. One showed up broken and the other one had 2 pictures with the heads cut off of the people.
It didn't really look how I thought it was going to but you get what you pay for right?
Ordering process was easy groupon worked well shipping was a bit pricey.
