I'm not SATISFIED with my picture. It looks like nothing that it showed before I confirmed. The picture looks way to stretched out and I don't like the gray with it.
The heart pics in the front became disfigured after I changed the size of the book
This website is a little tricky to navigate. I know this from previous orders. But they do have great customer service if something goes wrong on your order.

I was surprised by the appearance of the pictures, I noticed it was somewhat blurry at the top. I didn't think the black bordering would be quite as thick as it was. I was dissatisfied with all of the blank pages that I would have liked to have pictures on, or lines or something...instead of just blank white pages.

I love the prices and the options, i despise the way the pictures upload and how you cannot sort by date and how they double load and then you cannot delete, also how you cannot store pictures by date or folders. It is a pain.
