I placed my order I chose the Stantard option as can be confirmed in my order, with the certainty that I would receive my order by Friday the Dec 22nd, it would be my secret friend gift for Christmas, on the website when placing my zip code the information I had was to receive it by the 22nd, after paying $47 (it wasn't cheap). The deadline simply changed to after Christmas, I called and tried to speak to someone, the person said they would get back to me and I didn't respond, I sent an email and no one got back to me, I sent a message on Instagram and the person started flirting with me and then disappeared, almost $50 thrown away, because I won't receive my order on time and I will have the loss of buying anything else for my friend for Christmas. It's absurd that you put misleading information before the purchase, then come with other information that it wasn't the deadline I saw, I made a screenshot of the screen with the information included, first time I do business with you and LAST, money lost. Oh and detail, 2 finishing services were included that I did not request, totaling approximately $14 extra. Completely biased and unclear website. DISAPPOINTED.

I would have rated this company much lower due to my issues with my order - I used a Groupon for my order of two 50"x60" blankets and paid nearly twice as much as the cost of the items to have it delivered before Christmas - it arrived 3 days after Christmas and only had one blanket. The website is no help - you can't see any details of your order or shipping/tracking details. You don't get an invoice. After sending several emails and getting no response for several weeks other than a robo-ticket number assignment, live chat with the friendly and helpful Yousuf Aman is the only thing that salvaged this Printerpix's review for me. Live chat is definitely the way to go for a solution to your problems! Sradha helped me figure out the issue with my order (why only one came) and Yousuf Aman was quick to provide a satisfying solution. I didn't get my gifts by Christmas but now I will atleast get both of them and from the one that already came I know that the items are really nice quality items (once they come.) I got the deluxe plush and the pictures are very nice. It is soft. It is not at all he heavy though - this is decorative only. So... In summary - the Good: Nice quality items (for display/gift). Helpful live chat support. Once you get the right person, things resolve quickly. Bad: No details on orders. It may not arrive in date range on rush orders you pay (horribly) extra for. You have no way of getting details on what happened yourself. Ugly: emailing support gets you nowhere. It will take a time investment to resolve any issues (over an hour on live chat). Voucher through Groupon didn't work properly on website and there's no way to know until too late.
