Unfortunately my portrait image arrived with multiple issues.
1. The head was cut off
2. The color horrible not close to original.
3. The aluminum is paper thin.
I am refusing the product and demanding a full refund.

A little challenging understanding the book layout and uploading the individual photos. Took quite a bit of time. In the end, the result was a good quality product.

I ordered 2 prints and thought I got 2 stands with them with the promotion of doubling the order. I ended up with 4 prints (I should have changed my original to 1) and no stands. Otherwise, the prints are very nice.

Website is very easy to navigate but there is no way to arrange the photos. My photos were missing the top half of the person's head in almost every photo.

Delivery was very quick,quality was good but price was too high for me to purchase again

I originally bought coupons through Groupon which in and of itself was a disaster. But then when I received my product, they were so terrible, I promptly threw them all in the trash.

The process was quick and easy. Product was of high quality.

Easy ordering with pretty fast shipping. There was a tiny printing error on my canvas, which I covered with a marker. Otherwise perfect.

I love printerpix I made a custom story book for my daughter. It's easy on the computer and they printed and delivered it quickly and it was great quality

I received a mug with a black film over the image as well as the entire outside of the mug. It's advertised that the mug is white all over except for where the image covers the outside.

Making the book was easy. The layouts are very flexible. Once the pictures are added it's easy to locate them, since the ones already used are greyed out. Production was reasonably fast but shipping took a long time. Paper and picture quality are very good. All in all a good experience and product.

I had to try a couple of times before getting it right. But product is lovely.

Too difficult to change blanket size, and no real good way to know the difference between types. Also, it would be nice to be able to stretch a picture to fit the blanket.
