I wish I would have know how many photos to pick or had a choice to pick only so many with no blank pages in my albums book

I will NEVER order from this company again! After receiving a groupon, I ordered my 45
Christmas cards. Three weeks later I finally received my CARD, yes 1 card is all I got out of the 45 I was supposed to get. So I emailed the company, no response. I called the company, I sat on hold for over 30 minutes and gave up and then called a few days later and sat on hold for another 30 minutes before someone answered, finally. Then they tell they will order me the additional 44 cards but I have to pay the shipping. I fought and fought with them but they wouldn't give. Okay whatever, I paid the shipping. But I had to call back after I paid the shipping to have them order. I decided I was not going to sit on the phone waiting for another 30+ minutes so I used live chat and I was on for over 2 hours! There was definitely some language barriers as some of the things he, Bhuvaneshwari, said to me either didn't make sense or came off very rude. I did get them to order my cards after all was said and done but he said it would take another 7-14 days to get the cards to me which means I will not receive them until after Christmas. I started this whole thing before Thanksgiving so I am pretty annoyed! Definitely not worth the hassle! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
The lap blankets were such a big hit with my sister! She lives in the next state. Now she can wake up and see the kids smileing faces every day.

Once writing this review i was quickly contacted by printerpix in an attempt to correct their error which was much appreciated, however their attempt to correct the error resulted in them shipping the same quality product. Please be aware if you have a vibrant picture to print on metal that it will not show up as vibrant or clear, it shows up dull and grayed out. The original associate that i contacted with the matter was difficult and slow to respond, Jeremy however did try his best. We ended up paying shutterfly for a print and it was perfect.

You have shipped and created an unacceptable product. The requests for pictures of your poor quality product cannot do it justice. This is the last time I will go out of my way to show you how poor this product is. I do not want another product from your company, I have seen enough of what you can offer and in regards to the customer service, I can see how your consistent in providing poor quality and service all around. This product was initially ordered to be hung in our household, however, due to its such poor quality I would not even want to insult my trash can by throwing your product away. The product is dull, gray, lacking color and vibrancy, it is almost see through in some aspects. The metal it is printed on is thin, flimsy, and as if you flattened an aluminum can to make it your canvas. I have attached comparisons of your work with the original photo, and if you cannot see the defects then I can no longer take a picture of a picture to help you see how terrible this product is. Please return payment for this awful product.
I received what I paid for. Quality was disappointing. Photos were stretched to the sides of the frame so one face was wrapped around the side.
It was very difficult without a tutorial but I finally figured it out.
The timing on your website of when I should expect my order was not accurate. I was so upset that they had to rush my order.

I ordered 45 Printerpix cards through a Groupon. I received 1 card and 1 envelope. I contacted PrinterPix more than 11 times throughout the weeks between May 20 and June 2. I called customer service on May 28 and waited 37 minutes on hold. The call was answered and, after I explained my problem, the rep started to say, "I can't hear you!" and would then mute me because I could hear the phone go silent on his end. Then he said, "I a disconnecting the call if you do not answer." I was answering but he was muting me and then he hung up on me. I called back and was on hold for 40 minutes and 16 seconds. This time, the customer rep said I would have to pay the additional $4.99 shipping in order to get the rest of my cards. I paid it. Then, felt this was not appropriate customer service. I contacted the company again on June 1 and was on hold for 1 hour and 17 minutes. Finally, customer service rep Derrick Fernandez got on the call. He promised me a refund of my shipping and they would fulfill the rest of my order. He assured me on the phone that he had, in fact, refunded my money and then said that he just sent me an e-mail to complete a recommendation for him. I said that I would complete the recommendation once I saw the funds back in my account. On Tuesday, June 2, He sent a follow-up e-mail that said, "... and would greatly appreciate it if you would also leave a glowing review for us on this below link. All you will need to do is click on the following link and describe your experience with our service and do not forget to mention our agent name (Derrick Fernandaz) who helped you to sort your issue." I responded and said that I would give him a pleasant review if he did what he said he was going to do. Today is June 11 and... NOTHING. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in MY LIFE. I highly recommend not purchasing anything PrinterPix related from Groupon. BE WARNED! These people do not deserve your business!

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
