Last time you charged me 11.00 and change postage for 2 canvas collages that were larger than the 2 I am ordering now. Now you are charging me 18.00 and change for postage. What gives?

I am extremely disappointed that I paid a $5 rush fee, plus $23 for standard shipping and expected to receive my order within 3-7 business days as stated on your website. However I only received my order on Day 8 (not counting the day of the initial order itself)
I was also not happy with the wait time of your customer service representative - and he was not helpful and did not know the correct information

The blanket I ordered was better than I expected it to be. All of the photos came out clear, color was very true to the originals and the quality of the blanket itself also exceeded my expectations. I will definitely order from them again. I gave it as a gift and my friend is very pleased with it as well.

Ordered Magic Mugs for Mother's Day gifts for my great nephew; getting the photo on the cup was a challenge; probably my lack of understanding the instructions; he liked the final product & is sure his mom plus others are going to love it.

I was not happy with the items when they arrived. The material was thin & the image was extremely dark. I did not submit a dark image so I'm not sure why they came like that. I do not plan to shop this site again.

The product was prepared correctly and delivered on time to allow us to prep it as a gift.
