Once I finally received my order I was very pleased. It did arrive late so didn't have it in time to give as the gift. The product itself though was nice.

So difficult to import photos - why don't you have a way to import multiple photos at once. How many times do I need to refuse the add-on options?

It's a good product. But the computer glitches and the many times I had to re sign in to save my work was frustrating. Pictures wouldn't upload the first or 2nd or 3rd time. I got kicked out of the website because I added an additional tab on my web browser. I had to refresh the page knowing I may loose all the work I put into my calendar. Something that I thought would be an easy process turned into a true labor of love. There were several moments I wanted to give up. Even now while I write this I'm getting pop ups from your website for coupons. The only reason this isn't getting one star is because I persevered and actually like the finished product. That being said. NEVER AGAIN. Sorry.

Easy to produce and ship. The photo quality was a little less quality than others I have used before.

Great Experience, highly recommended. The albums look terrific and the journey from beginning to end was exceptional.

Overall, very positive. I did, though, find the website a little difficult to navigate. I couldn't get multiple photos to upload at the same time, so had to do them one by one.

Easy to design and turned out so pretty. It arrived fairly fast. And my mom was so happy with the finished product. It was exactly like I designed on the website. And was true to size. Very happy with my purchase.

I had issues with adding my item to the cart for days where it would come up saying there was an issue with the server. Otherwise things went well. And I anticipated receiving my package prior to Mother's Day as I ordered before you said the deadline was. Instead I received the items over 10 days later.

Easy to use set up with a nice way to present options after you've selected your canvas.

The quality of the books I ordered exceeded my expectations

I love these prints and have ordered them a while back. The navigation was a little frustrating flipping back and forth but otherwise ok.
