Very pleasant! Easy to place Your order! The only thing I didn't like was that My package was due the next day if I ordered it by a certain time! I did & still didn't get my package the next day!

Wasn't sure how I could get more than one picture on a page. My offer was about to expire so I didn't have time to research. So I missed on on printing more pictures on one page.
Shipping price is too high and expensive. Even though the prices are good shipping is prices are ridiculous.

The voucher doesn't print an expiration date (easy fix, just time consuming) and colors aren't as flexible as I would like on some features of the editing.

It was a little difficult to navigate at first but once I got started it was fairly simple. The quality was very good, colors were nice and vibrant.
The creation process was intuitive. The final product is great-- sharp pictures and color, nice, thick pages. I do have one issue-- 2 of the books were slightly damaged-- a small "dent" in the bottom of the cover. Is it possible to get those replaced?
