I am not happy with this picture as I have been with others. I do believe it is my fault due to the size I needed. Can I try again without charge, or how do you handle this concern?
User friendly and easy order experience. 2 frames were used for company paint party and worked out well.

I had to go to the Printerpix site after making the purchase on Groupon, but then it all worked smoothly. The pictures arrived promptly, packaging was well designed to protect the pictures, and I reused the packaging to mail off the print after I made a frame. Very happy with the whole experience.

I am so excited to see the books! The only problem I had was when I put my coupon number in, it looked like the bottom line was not correct. I checked everything three times, then I proceeded to the next page. The correct amount was on that page. I think that might cause some confusion--it confused me!
