I received my order, a blanket, with an error in the printing. Patricia at customer service sorted out the problem with a replacement blanket quickly and efficiently. Very quick response from Patricia to my emails considering all this took place over the Christmas period. Great customer service and will definitely use the company again. Blanket was great quality. Thanks Patricia

I had no idea why I was being charged an extra $25 over my groupon. I sent an email, but didn't receive a reply the next day. I went back through the order trying to figure out where the additional charge was coming from. I switched the card to a basic shape and the the $25 extra went away, even though there was no mention of it being a deluxe or additional price feature when I had selected it to begin with. Not happy about the underhanded upsale. Hopefully the delivery will be prompt.
It was a groupon buy and after having a phenomenal experience with photoaffections through groupon decided to try another vendor. Ooops!
Received three emails asking me if I had received my delivery. Started concerning me since it's coming from Mary Orlando, which is an hour drive from our house and a week and a half after getting these emails. I still had not received it. I finally wrote and said I had not received it, but no one contacted me back. Was about to call or chat to find out what was going on when it finally arrived. Obviously something went wrong, but at least I got it. I love the book. Just was very concerned with the delivery of it.
Just a little confused why I couldn't get 40 pages, but your on line chat helped
It was easy to make the blanket but the delivery was not correct. The delivery address was not correct it was a gift for my sister Kimberly Mackall in OKC but instead it was delivered to my home with no name on it. She would've received it on Friday but instead I had to spend more money to mail it to her to receive it in Tuesday. I also called in to let customer service know the delivery address was incorrect. She wrote down my sister name and OKC address and it was still not correct.
It fit my needs for what I was looking for
The faces came bigger on the 8x8 than what was displayed when I viewed them before purchasing.
I received what I paid for. Quality was disappointing. Photos were stretched to the sides of the frame so one face was wrapped around the side.
It was very difficult without a tutorial but I finally figured it out.
Came with my Groupon
Shopping experience was fine but the process of creating a photobook was difficult and time consuming. It was not easy to navigate through to create the book and frustrating at times. I would hope that they improve the platform for future use.
The platform in which to create a photobook was not easy. It was very time consuming and not easy to work with. There are other sites which have a much better platform but this had a promotion and I wanted to see what the quality would be. I hope they upgrade the platform to make it easier. If they do, I will definitely purchase again in the future.
The pictures came out beautifully. However the title I added at the bottom of pages were in gray instead of white. (Making it barely visible.)
Personalized blankets turned out great. Only disappointed was the cost to ship to Canada which I was not expecting!
Easy to do but 2 of the pictures had the heads cut off🤨
I paid for hd in one of the books and cannot tell one from the other. Not worth the extra cost
The corners of the edges arrived damages. The color and quality is good
A little hard to navigate. Could not add header to book #3
Last time you charged me 11.00 and change postage for 2 canvas collages that were larger than the 2 I am ordering now. Now you are charging me 18.00 and change for postage. What gives?
Do not like all the "upgrade charges" seems like hidden fees.
Wouldn't let me do 2 different photos kept telling me I had empty slots.
Thought it would be cheaper but, will know when the metal plate photos come in and the quality of the pictures.
Prices are good but the shipping takes much longer than it says. It says the standard shipping is 5-10 days and it usually takes around 3 weeks to get to me.
The price is good and i like the size of the photobooks
I purchased a Groupon for a "print on stone" from them. I believe I had used them in the past for another item. I was excited that the Groupon gave me "86% off" but like some other companies that live on Groupon PinterPix seems to have adopted several tricks to get your order total up that you MUST be vigilant of. First, they charge insane shipping on your discounted item. I had to pay $12.95 in shipping to ship one small 6" x 8" item. I ship merchandise... they pocketed at least half of that as profit. Even more troubling, as you checkout the site automatically adds an extra $5.99 for a "stylish wood stand" you don't want but have to actually uncheck so it doesn't end up in your cart. Then it doesn't ask if you want to buy a photobook or a couple other of their products, it has several already checked off to "add to your cart". You must read each page as it tries to force add ons into your card (like a second of what I was buying at a discount... which I didn't want). My cart was full of merchandise I never wanted but I had to page back and learn how to remove the stuff they were adding on their own to my order. Bottom line, when a company needs to be sneaky like that to get your order total up they are either underhanded in their business practices or VERY desperate for non-discounted business so they are selling Groupons to get people to the site and then trying to trick people. Neither is good. Buy but buy with great caution to make sure you are getting a deal.
Design page was a little hard to navigate and all your up sales
Hard time with the whole process. Took 11 days just to get here from Florida. The whole process sucked and I won't use it again. Next time I'll just go down to cvs or Walgreens. It was "supposed" to be here in time for my wife's birthday party that had some of the people in the picture to celebrate and pay homage to her mom that we lost, but y'all screwed that up, thank you. WORSE buying experience in a long time. The cc rep even told me it hadn't been paid that's why it wasn't shipped, showed her screen suits if the receipts etc, finally figured it out, but still ELEVEN days to fly from Florida? RIDICULOUS!
Groupon deal for two masks said the shipping cost $15.99. Was charged $20.79 by Printerpix. Called customer support and they will refund the difference. Just be careful to check your shipping. It is expensive because it is being shipping from overseas. Make sure you're not over-charged. It takes longer to receive the product, so I have yet to see how it turned out. I will update my review once I receive the masks.
I was having issues with by Groupon voucher in the cart, it kept showing only 2 cards when I kept changing it to show 45 cards. I called customer service and talked to Aishwarya and she went into my account and changed my quantity in my cart to reflect the 45 cards. I'm so glad I noticed it and called. I will keep that in mind the next time I am needing to order anything. The website did not seem to be too user friendly but after talking to Aishwarya she informed me that the site is more compatible with Google Chrome
I love the pics on my blankets but they're not the material I thought they would be. I used groupon so the price is worth it but I wouldn't pay the full asking price without coupon or discount.
After purchasing a "Groupon" for two blankets (excluding shipping), I had an issue with ordering on the website and followed up with an email to the company regarding my issue. After at least 4 failed attempts to have anyone return my email (aside from the generic response thanking me for contacting Customer Service and providing a ticket number), I contacted the company via the phone number on the website after more than 3 weeks.
Though the conversation with the customer service representative was challenging, explaining my issue and resending emails/order confirmations, I give 100% credit to Ms. Rev Smith for working with me and listening to my concerns and thank her for the time and patience.
As for the company overall, and despite a "higher volume" due to current conditions, etc., I was quite disappointed. A company of this size and the degree of negligence demonstrated is certainly disheartening in what I, as the consumer, had to do to obtain attention and resolution (which again Ms. Smith did) versus the automated email responses received from my on-going concerns sent.
Groupon I got it from and it was bout to expire…
We had a problem with the delivery fee and I contacted the tchat. I spoke with Patricia who was really helpful, quick and fixed my problem. I told her to mention this to the general website. She said she would.
