Received the hat and it was defective. Sent an email on December 1 asking for an exchange. Someone from customer service finally responded asking for photos of the defective hat. So we immediately sent back the photos with a response of what's wrong the left side of the hat was 1/4" and the right side was 3/4" mess from the bill of the hat, this causes the hat to sit crooked. NOBODY has responded. Sent a follow up email on December 6. No response. Sent a message through FB got a response then when i asked for help GHOSTED no response! So two weeks later still have a defective hat and THEY DO NOT CARE. TERRIBLE QUALITY AND TERRIBLE COMPANY. PURCHASE ELSEWHERE
Horrible company stick with combat iron apparel or some other reputable company. I ordered on November 22 it is now December 10th and I have no tracking number or update. I emailed several times and keep getting the run around. I ordered 200 worth of stuff and all I get are excuses. They sound like liberal snowflakes with the excuses given. I will be disputing to my credit card company.
They charged my card on day of order 11/2/21 and it's 12/4/21 and still nothing other than 2 generic replies to me in responses to why I haven't gotten my order. I seriously doubt I will get anything before Christmas let alone my money back.

I ordered six items from this company on October 20,2021. On November 10,2021 I received an email informing me that my items had shipped. The email indicated that I could track the package as soon as the information was available. On November 24,2021 I checked and the tracking said it would be delivered by the end of the day. The tracking information has said that same thing every day though today, December 2,2021. I have emailed Printed Kicks at least 5 times but have received absolutely no response.
It is my opinion that any company that will not publish a telephone number and will not respond to numerous emails is a disreputable company.
I've purchased from them in the past and they used to supply a quality product. I just ordered a few more hats from them and the stitching is crooked and the hats are cheap. They used to carry quality products. I've sent multiple emails and multiple FB messages and nobody responds.

I ordered my products 16 days ago. Site says order should take 7-10 days to print plus the shipping time. I understand logistics issues, but American products should be a bit easier to produce. A tracking number was printed two days ago, but didn't get scanned for shipment until today. I truly tried to be patient, but now I have to wait another week before it even gets delivered. Was really looking forward to sporting my LGB gear, but over 3 weeks later it's not as impactful. Disappointed but hoping that the quality outweighs the wait.

Printed kicks advertises richardson 112 hats. Sent me some cheap chinese made hat that is not a richardson. But with a paper printed label that said richardson like it would pass. Horrible company horrible $#*! products. DO NOT BUY.

Print almost all came off after first wash. Poor quality prints. The prints feel like iron-on. Stay away from this site. Slow delivery also.
Ordered an American flag flex fit hat and after waiting over 2 weeks for it to arrive, I was extremely disappointed in the quality. Its a basic flex fit hat (which is fine) with a cheap sticker of a flag stuck on poorly. Its sad that something such as the American flag isn't held to high quality standards. Will be returning and wont bother shopping at Printed Kicks again.

I ordered 2 shirts on December 8th as a Christmas present. Site said orders would be delivered by Christmas. It shipped out on December 20th. It is now December 23rd and says I should have on Christmas by 9 pm. It was shipped Ups and today transferred to post office. Doubtful I will have by Christmas. Very disappointed!
