Printed kicks experience

Save yourself time and money and don't order from this company. Completely unprofessional and took my order and never received any other information on the order. Ignored my emails and DM's(read my dm) I had to file a dispute with my bank.

Don't shop here

Ordered shirts one month before the holidays.
They arrived today 1/11/23.
I sent multiple emails requesting information about the order and finally canceling the order requesting a refund. All emails were ignored. They emailed me letting me know the shirts were shipped after I requested the cancelation and refund. Terrible business practice. Never again! Sketchy!

The business web site states 5-7 business days for shipping. It's been well over a month and I've contacted them twice. They say they are "working on it" and still haven't even provided a tracking number. I submitted a PayPal dispute today. Please STAY AWAY from this business.

No refunds or exchanges!

Do not use this website. Ordered a Christmas present for my son using a pic he sent me. When I received the hat it did NOT look at all like the pic. They clearly use other websites pics. The color was completely different and the decal was sewn on cheaply. This product looks very cheap but was expensive! I emailed them to ask about a refund and they said no that they don't do refunds unless they send the wrong item. I said this was the wrong item it doesn't look like what I ordered and they said nope no return. Buyer beware. Not a good and reputable website.

HORRIBLE...

Placed me order before Thanksgiving for 4 shirts. Received instant confirmation. No shirts. No tracking.no respnse from customer service. December 16th and no response. So frustrated that I will not have my shirts for our family Holiday Tee shirt exchange.

We ordered 3 items from this "Less than Reputable" company almost a month ago. Although they show the items as "Shipped" and even issued us a "Bogus" UPS Tracking Number we're still awaiting our delivery. We've agreed to wait 2 more days until we report them to the BBB and other online Scam Stabbers!

I ordered 4 shirts, 3 were too small so I emailed them immediately as their return policy states. Been over a month. Zero communication from them. I sent the shirts back with a letter explaining what I wanted. Paid for the return shipping at my own cost.

My next orders will come from Grunt Style or Nine Lines. As a veteran, I would think they would take more pride in their service, but to be honest, we don't know who owns this company. The guys I served with would never treat fellow Vets like this. Shame on them, a little stolen valor maybe?

Zero Customer Service

This would be zero stars if that was an option. The hat I received was not like the one pictured on the website. Asked for a return/exchange. Generic automatic response. 20 plus emails later and no one responds. Worst customer service ever, and I am in customer service and do my best to be understanding… but zero communication? And no telephone number to reach them? Garbage. And the hat was supposedly made in USA? Nope. Vietnam. Worst thing? It was a American flag hat? Made in Vietnam? WTF. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Products have a chemical smell. I returned with a tracking number. A family owned company is a joke. I have a tracking number for the return they received. Now they requesting a picture of items! Worst company ever. No customer service phone number. Just a chain of the same Email the respond back with. Will not answer And do not get money back or credit! Report to better business bureau!

SCAM WEBSITE

I ordered some hats and a shirt, never received them. Owner was incredibly rude and tried blaming President Biden for the reason I never received my order. Refused to give me my money back, said they were donating it to the Canadian Trucker Convoy. Unbelievable!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wanted to order 2 hoodies with the print on the back instead of the front. They said they could accomidate, just let them know which items they were. I sent screen shots of the items and haven't heard back. I've tried e-mailing them several times and even gave them my contact information trying to comlete the purchase. I never received any response. I was skeptical of doing business here when seeing the only means to communicate with customer service was via e-mail. I finally gave up and gave another company my business.

Tried to order in America and support local. Waited a month to receive. Sizing off. Quality bad. Customer service not great. Because their sizing is wrong, I have to pay the return shipping. Guess I'll be ordering from Amazon. Free 2 day, free returns. At least the same quality.

Ordered $100 worth of clothing items, 11/6 received items a month later-too small. Quality not the greatest. Sent items back for an exchange. According to my tracking number, items were received. Contacted them the only way listed on website, via email, cant find my items. Denied that my items arrived. 2/14 no items still!

Still waiting

I wish I would have searched for these reviews before ordered. Ordered and paid 4 weeks ago still nothing. When I Email to ask what's going on with my Items I only get a generic reply.
The reason I ordered from them is because it said an American Company. Sure don't give American Company a good name shame on them
Guess I am stuck without my order that was intended for a Christmas present. In the meanwhile they flood my inbox with their advertisement and can't even fill the orders they have
My recommendation DO NOT ORDER from them

THE WORST OF THE WORST
December 21, 2021

I ordered my wife a shift from these SCAM ARTISTS 3 weeks ago. Nothing received. I sent them FIVE emails, of which they generically responded to 2 of them; "give the trackig time to update". THE FINAL STRAW CAME ON Dec. 20th. This time they say, "we're sorry, BUT ur shirt is tied up in customs". WELL, THAT WAS TOTAL BS. The tracking number THEY SENT ME shows that the item was IN OHIO ON DECEMBER 9th. Am I to believe that the item went from OHIO, to OVERSEAS, then back to the US.
I had hopes for this co, because they sell conservative products, but they are DOWNRIGHT AWFUL.

Worthless

Took over a month to get some cheap $3 gilden shirts that are short and fat horible shirts. The socks are trash as well. So faded and when you put them on you cant even make out what designs are on there. Absolute worst purchase i ever made in my entire life.
