I purchased a diamond painting from this company. They no longer sell diamond paintings just art supplies now. Stated they were based in NJ, I found that they are in B. C. Also found that the diamond paintings didn't ship from the US instead they shipped from China. They stated that it would take 21 days. I looked and seen that no where on the site. Emailed them about order and never received a response. It took 6 weeks to get the tiny DP. I wouldn't buy from this company

Never Received

Ordered 7 weeks ago for daughter's birthday. Tracking provided only on demand ends abruptly with item landing in US nearly 3 weeks ago - never delivered.

Never came
May 30, 2020

Made an order in March, now it's almost June and still haven't received it. Have received countless emails from them advertising their products but nothing substantial or in any way helpful from customer service in relation to my order. Feel like I've been scammed. Will definitely not be buying from them again and certainly do not recommend.

And also no answer...

I have ordered a set of watercolor paints on the 21st of August and I am still waiting.

Very polite customer services, but until now, I have not received the post tracking code for the product in The Netherlands.

They told me to call a number that no longer exists. They were informed that "my package was waiting for me to pick it up", but the Dutch post office no longer answer phones and only accept inquiries if I have the Dutch tracking number, which has never been supplied. I only have the Chinese number, unknown at this part of the world.

I don't agree that me, the customer, needs to chase an order without any reference number.

I still need to wait 120 more days before I can file a complain with PayPal against them. Hopefully I will receive an answer and will gladly update this post.
