I have ordered a set of watercolor paints on the 21st of August and I am still waiting.
Very polite customer services, but until now, I have not received the post tracking code for the product in The Netherlands.
They told me to call a number that no longer exists. They were informed that "my package was waiting for me to pick it up", but the Dutch post office no longer answer phones and only accept inquiries if I have the Dutch tracking number, which has never been supplied. I only have the Chinese number, unknown at this part of the world.
I don't agree that me, the customer, needs to chase an order without any reference number.
I still need to wait 120 more days before I can file a complain with PayPal against them. Hopefully I will receive an answer and will gladly update this post.
