Never again - Prestigia – Jamais, plus jamais!
In August 2020 I booked a ski trip for the 2021 winter... surprise, I was charged & debited € 273 (so no free reservation) on the pretext that the hotel request the payement of 1 night when the booking is higher than 3 days – which is totally false!
In October I canceled my reservation and although my rate promised free cancellation I was not refunded!

I booked a hotel in Namibia through prestigia which was pre-paid. Once arriving at the hotel, there was no reservation for me and the hotel was booked for the night. Being in a new country, with no hotel room was frightening. Luckily the hotel found me a room in another nearby hotel. I've emailed prestigia repeatedly for a refund and all I get are emails saying they are still "investigating". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will cheat you out of your money! Terrible service and untrustworthy

We booked Orka Royal Hotel & Spa in Istanbul via Prestigia.com and fully paid for our booking in February of 2023 for our October 2023 trip (24th Wedding Anniversary).
Upon arriving at the Hotel in Istanbul, we were told by Hotel Staff that this booking was non-existing and that they were fully booked!
Upon hearing from Prestigia.com the following day (after 24 hours), Prestigia.com admitted that their local Turkish partner made a mistake by not completing the booking even though they have charged our credit card 8 months earlier!.
They promised us a full refund within 2-5 business days which it has never happened and we are still awaiting our Full Refund after 25 Days.
Do yourself a favor by not Using Prestigia.com when booking.
Very easy to navigate. All relevant terms and other info is shown on the same page and is easy to follow. Graphics looks a little simple but it's functional and the deals are great which is what matters the most.
You really should just include taxes and fees in the listed price. The taxes in Las Vegas are huge and not including them in the room rate is very misleading for people who may not travel as much, which I'd imagine is the demographic you're hoping to appeal to more. Listing the base rate and then hiding the rate with taxes and fees behind an 'i' link only makes you look scammy.
I made two booking at the same hotel, one room for 3 nights and a second room for two nights. It would be nice to see both bookings when I log into your site. Currently, I can only see one at a time.

Was skeptical when I booked via Prestigia and now I know I should have been skeptical. Hotel bill was paid to hotel and Prestigia also charged us $151 dollars. Use a proven site or better yet go directly to hotel. Also requested no feathers in booking - that information did not make it to hotel.
I booked with them hotel this month and due to Covid19, the hotel closed down, many emails send they take so long to response, total ignorance to queries, last response was one week before reservation after I interfered I called the hotel myself. And then after hotel confirm closure they refuse to return the deposit and telling me the hotel will waive the rest of the cost. They are not to be trusted and would never recommend them
I booked a room in Las Vegas, hit the button and then discovered that there were additional resort fees that were not mentioned during the booking. I discovered I could have gotten a much better deal with Booking.com, Experia, and several others. I went to cancel because it was "free" and the next window says that I have a credit of my amount on the website (instead of crediting my credit card.) I tried to call customer service and four times they dropped my call just as I reached being "next in line." Then I called the New Jersey line instead of the 1866 and was told I was first in line for over 45 minutes. They didn't answer so I'm going to go through my credit card company if they don't refund it. Please don't use them, they are very decietful in their practices... hiding charges, not crediting back your cancellation on your card despite the cancellation being free, and then not responding to your call while claiming you're first in line. It's a huge scam.
I made a reservation at the Hyatt through them and they charged my card and sent me a confirmation #.
I called the Hyatt before my trip to confirm and they did not have my reservation. I contacted Prestige and I got a recorded message that the offices were closed due to covid. Even in California businesses can use the phone during covid. It became apparent using email that I was not going to get a refund and filed a fraud claim with my credit card company.
Would not allow me to book on phone. Kept declining my credit card. Did it on my computer with no problem. Price increased during the few minutes time from booking through my phone to getting on my computer.
Saw them as a new partner at hotels.com decided to give them my business as it's hard and tough competition out there. Worst mistake I made is giving them my business. Not only was I unable to check in to the hotel I was unable to cancel the reservation either. Had to book through hotel directly and file credit card dispute
I would expect to pay € 261.27 in total, as per the online offer. But in the email from T hotel they tell me that I will have to pay € 266.40 at the hotel in addition to the € 25 in advance already paid...
Is that fair?
Prestigia is such a scam. I booked my reservation to Cancun that totalled $2000 and when I went on the app to look at the booking details they didn't show up and I accidentally cancelled my reservation, I emailed several times to reverse this as it is not at all something I intended on doing, and I really wanted to go on this trip, but was told they can't do anything, unable to reinstate my hotel that was $2000 that is booked in 10 months from now? Simply over an accidental cancelation no one can help me at all?
Covid took a lot away from me and this trip was going to finally be the breather I needed and I spent what little money I had on it just to have to swooped away because of an accidental click on a button... this company is slimy and won't look out for your best interest.
Not sure how the experience is because I have not checked into the room. So far the experience of buying the room has went smooth. That is the easy part. Now let's see if when I get there they have the reservation and the room is what I paid for.

Prestigia had the best price for the hotel we wanted to stay at. Got booking confirmation straoght away and I also rang the hotel directly to confirm they have my reservation, which they did. Smooth booking all round.
Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
