I accidently ordered twice and had to contact their customer service team to confirm that I had canceled the duplicate order. They were very quick to respond and answered all my questions clearly and professionally. I was disappointed that there was no order completion or shipping timeline given, so I was ordering blindly, but was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived within a few days of placing it. I ordered from Spokane, WA and had it delivered to Santa Barbara, CA and it took less than 1 week to arrive!

Unfortunately I was not happy with my order. Only one of the shirts fit properly-the baseball shirt. The sizing on the other two were completely off. I ended up giving them away to one of our secretaries. She even said they were a bit snug. I will no longer be able to trust the sizing and will not be able to order from your company again since I took a loss.

The items themselves are great. The prices and shipping are both kind of high - I could wait longer, pay less and not have it go priority to pay less in shipping. I paid approx $17.62 per t-shirt which is mid-range for t-shirts. But then to have to pay $13.44 for shipping is pretty steep. That brought me to just over $22 a shirt. So it's something I can only purchase a few of maybe once a year. They could've been sent first class or ups sure post and it would be cheaper.

Update: When I got a Gettysburg shirt, it had the wrong year (1911–the school was founded in 1832). They wouldn't change it and told me I had to contact the bookstore myself to get the decal corrected. And, I only had 15 days to return for a refund. Despite the fact that this would take several weeks, the LiveChat person refused to grant an exception. I guess they aren't aware of Zappos like customer service models. That's too bad.
