This company operates under 3 names, Premium PC Solutions, Global Tech Services and Sam Technologies. They not only did not fix my computer but calls to their business are routinely disconnected when I try to reach them. I have been promised a refund but in over a month have not received one. I received an email from a manager promising a refund in 3 to 5 days but, of course, did not receive one. Cannot reply to email as somehow it will not go through
Bought a 2 year service agreement after a blue screen led me to this company to fix it. They told me I was hacked by 'bad people'. Well guess what? THEY are the bad people. I am a senior and depended on them and spent limited resources on them.
Malware disguised as a Blue Screen tells you to call Premium PC Solutions 800 Number. They will then trick you into giving them access to your computer so they can steal your banking and personal information. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. Do NOT pay these scammers any money!
