Ordered bracelet for my BFF for Christmas and didn't find out until later she never received it. I emailed them and they answered twice with an apology but still no merchandise over a month later. I tried calling and they do not answer, just voice mail they never return. I tried their FB page and chat, still nothing. So it was supposed to be sent Dec 9th and as of today, it still says my order in in China somewhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They have not refunded me either. BAD experience I should have known better to do since it was a FB ad that drew my attention to them. DON'T LOSE MONEY on these guys.

I placed an order on March 17, still waiting. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I would recommend reading the re Jews before placing an order with this company.

I had given up hope of receiving my Buddhist Amazonite Mala Bracelet/Necklace... BUT today... May 1 it arrived! And it is IDENTICAL to the description in which I anticipated! I ordered it on March 9th, so I was worried that I had been scammed, but wonderful news is that, I have NOT been scammed.
My faith in humans restored. Prana Heart may not be good at getting their items to you in the timeline that they expected, BUT... and I repeat, BUT... truly the item I received, I am thrilled with it!
I hope that everyone that has made a purchase eventually receives their product. I am very pleased.

Ordered a bracelet. It never came--I checked the tracking number and it was lost. Wrote to the company, and they confirmed that it got lost in the mail and they would send a new one. New one ordered over a month ago, no tracking number (the company said they didn't have one because it's a replacement--TOTAL and COMPLETE BS). I'm still waiting for my bracelet. When I wrote that I was still waiting, they said, just be patient. It's been weeks now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Who tells their customer to BE PATIENT? How about, "I'm so sorry." Or "Thank you for your business, I will check on it right away." Unacceptable in this day that you wouldn't have a tracking number because you sent it out after the initial order. AMATEURS.

I absolutely love the products that Pranaheart has to offer. Not only is their shipping reasonable, but their product quality is wonderful. I would highly recommend to all people.

The worst customer service I have encountered in my long life.
I ordered 3 items.
I received one.
I emailed them about the other 2.
They told me I would get them "soon".
3 months later and still nothing (after yet another few e-mails).

Also, their prices change all the time. You buy an item, and then it's cheaper (and I don't mean like having missed a sale).

Today I get an email from them asking me if I got the other two items, even though I have already asked for a refund in my last communication to them.

At first I kept seeing their ad on fb, and I commented asking them when I would receive my order, and I was blocked from being able to write anything on their fb (just for asking when I could expect my order, nothing negative).

I am so angry now.

I'm going to talk to my bank first thing Monday morning (I should not have waited this long, but I was trying to be patient with them).

They tell people on facebook that their items are not from China, but they *are* from China.

I've also seen excuses from them that March was too busy for them, and that now they are back on track... LIES.
I ordered on January 14th.
No excuse!

I STILL get ads from this company on facebook and on Google.

This company should be shut down!

***The FTC and BBB needs to get all these complaints from all the unsatisfied customers.***

And I suspect that the good reviews are from fake accounts.

I wish I would have read the reviews for this company sooner... My mistake... Don't make the same mistake.
