I ordered a bracelet on March 12 and it still has not shipped and it's April 24th. There custome service line is a voicemail that says no one is available. No responses to email or their help desk did not respond. This is a scam!
I purchased 2 Amethyst Malas in February and had delivery in just a few days. My daughter purchased 2 Chakra bracelets a couple of weeks ago, and received them yesterday. I ordered 2 of the Amazonite Malas on March 5th, and the order is still being processed. I can only hope that since our first orders were timely, there is a different source, and/or demand is higher than anticipated. Being patient...
Now April 23rd, and I wanted to update. I received the beautiful Amazonite Malas on Thursday 20th. Hopefully everybody else who was impatient received theirs, too.
I ordered a bracelet/ necklace from this site on March 9th and until today April28th I still have not recieved it! The tracking system isn't working from the USPS, so who knows where it is! Never will I order from them again and it's to bad, because their stuff is pretty!
I ordered from them on March 12th and never received my braclet. I have called them several times and can never get a live person, it always goes straight to voicemail saying there are no available agents to take my call. I have left messages and have not received a call back. I also sent emails and did not receive a response that way either. I will be contacting PayPal to get my money back along with reporting them to the BBB
Received 2 orders and was charged for both. Sent one back but still no refund. Credit card company could not help as no phone number or address. Don't order from them
These bracelets are wonderful. They fit very nicely and the stones feel authentic and comfortable on my skin. Great price and quick shipping. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future
I ordered a necklace for my yoga practice and it stated that it had 108 beads. Well guess what? I counted then and it was only 106 beads, plus a few broken cheap beads included in the bag... REALLLY? How can a company like this do business. They have yet to return my message or respond back to me about this. THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUD! And should be reported to the better business bureau. DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR YOU'LL BE SORRY.
Like a lot of others here, I ordered on 3/9, got a notice that it shipped 4/6 but tracking says that USPS is still awaiting the item. On Facebook, they only respond to customers posting positive things and never respond to the hundreds of angry customers still waiting for their stuff. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
After taking months to arrive, my new beads looked gorgeous when I put them on. Sadly, it took forever to get to me and made my experience less than satisfying. I loved product but not the service.
I just read a review from someone else who's having the same problem I am. I clicked on a Facebook ad to buy a product and they charged my credit card immediately, but over a month later I have yet to receive the item. I have called and left a message and sent an email from the contact page of their website and still haven't heard a peep. It's been several days since I contacted them. Also, I rec'd a FB message from them with an update including the order # and a button to check tracking. USPS says it is an invalid tracking number. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I am in the same situation. Ordered a mala on 3/9/2027 and have a tracking number that says it's in pre-shipment as of 4/7/2017 yet I've not received the item yet. This is just unacceptable.
I've had the exact same experience as all other reviewers who haven't received merchandise. The positive reviews are obviously false as they all have only one review and newly registered.
I placed an order at Prana Hearth for more than US$130 six weeks ago and I didn't get it yet.

I had previously written about the poor communication of this company. Today I did receive the product and it is nice. After 2 months it finally arrived! If you order you will need patience
Love these items. Showed my gdaughter now she would like one. Received the bracelet right away the pendant took a little longer came from China. I was able to track its journey.
I placed this order 20 days ago and only received 1of3 items. I rec'd 1 email with a tracking #. I thought all 3 will arrive together, but they didnt. US Postal stated imports have to identify & log in all items & if the packet doesn't list all items the other items were not shipped because you have to rcv'd an email with a tracking # for all items. I Try contacting prana via email&phone n had no response. That list on their website is a joke * it says "an application error has occur, goodbye" I tried calling the number listed on the US package I received for the 1 item * and that # says I reached a phone number that hasn't set up a voice mail. A legit business will have customet service available. This is soooo frustrating because I was looking forward to receiving all items. If I could give a negative rating I would had. I received the cheapest item which it's gorgeous but I'm very very disappointed for not receiving all together.

I did finally receive this product and it was quite nice but in my opinion not worth the 2 month wait and the incredibly poor customer service and communication.
This company is severely deficient in good customer service, communication and supplying you accurate info re: your order. It's been 2 months since I bought and paid for 1 item and I requested 6 different times about my order. Sometimes I got a response Sometimes nothing at all. They were never able to give me accurate eta on my order. I asked for my money back and they told me to wait to see if it would arrive. That's the last I've heard from them. Very frustrated. If this item wasn't in stock when I ordered the site shouldn't have said 3-5 business days to ship. I'd strongly suggest you shop elsewhere.
I recently purchased malas from Prana Heart. I was thrilled with my purchase and customer experience. It was delivered to me in a timely fashion exactly as advertised.
The shipping took a long time. The wait was definitely worth it though. The bracelet was very pretty and durable. All of my friends ask where I got it when we go out.
I was very unhappy that shipping was so late, however the necklace I bought is pretty and could double as a bracelet. Although I'd be very hesitant, I would buy from here again.
