Since I saw so many negative reviews here, I thought I'd add mine. I ordered last year... a necklace and a bracelet. No problems. I like them. They are a very good quality for the price. I'd come to this site to see if there were any discussions about whether the stones are real. I don't know how they could do it for the price. Anyway, I'd give my service and product 5 stars.
Its a truly beautiful piece and I am thrilled and delighted with it. I would love to order more in different stones and likely will when my budget allows. Thank you also for the reliable service, great communication and excellent service.
I bought three bracelets, one for me and the other two for my 30 year-old twin daughters. We meditate together often. We simply love them. They are so beautiful. And believe it or not they all three have different energy. It is amazing! Everybody asks us about these bracelets. I of course have told them where to find them. The service was great, and I had no complaints.
I got a response finally. I also ordered a bracelet on March 9. Anne responded that they had such an overwhelming number of orders from the ad that they are just back ordered. She said I should have it within 5 business days. Hang tight a little longer.
The bracelet I received has helped me truly focus my chi. I don't usually buy these types of items online but this is actually a quality product. It took some time for me to receive this item but it was well worth the wait.
I just love my prayer bracelet. I had actually come across the advertisement for pranaheart while I was browsing through facebook one day. I didn't think much of it at first but I clicked on it anyway because I didn't have anything better to do. I am very happy that I did though, because it led me to a great online shop. I selected the piece of jewelry that I admired the most and I think I made the right decision. It is just so pretty! I recently placed an order for another bracelet, but haven't had any contact from the company yet in terms of shipping yet. I will most likely call in to see if their customer service can help me out, but I am just very happy that I was able to get my hands on this unique bracelet.
Well... I should have checked the reviews first, I guess. I placed an order March 10, and, according to their site, my order is STILL being processed as of today, April 4. The company has not responded to my emails or FB comments, so I am trying to resolve the problem through Paypal. Stay away... not worth the risk...
Ordered an amethyst reiki and rainbow mala-- only four stars because the order took a while to get shipped out. The items were beautiful, though. I am excited to integrate them into my life. Amethyst is such a powerful stone, and this one is encased in a beautiful silver clasp.
At first I was nervous because when I got my mala bracelet it sort of tugged on the hair on my wrist slightly. This may just be me though, as I typically am not used to wearing bracelets. Once I was able to adjust to the feeling it was fine. The beads themselves are extremely beautiful and I think I might consider buying from Pranaheart again!
I bought my Prana Heart bracelet not knowing what to expect. Upon quick arrival, I was thrilled to see how high of a quality the bracelet was. It looks beautiful and I will definitely buy from this company again!
I ordered 4 bracelets and i only received 3. Just like everyone else on this review they wont respond back to my emails. My bracelet was supposedly shipped but they never gave me a tracking number. So who knows if it was ever shipped or not. Not a good company to purchase from. Im beyond upset, after sending a bunch of emails they have the audacity to send me an email to review the bracelet i never received!
The bracelets fits perfectly wrapped several times and has a nice weight to it so that it sits nicely on my wrist. The stones are very pretty and the color is as pictured. I would purchase them again. The price was good and the shipping fast.
I purchased one of these bracelets for my friend as a gift and she absolutely loved it! The bracelet was so beautiful and felt like it was pretty good quality. It shipped just in time as well! I will definitely be buying more of my gifts from Prana Heart!
The triple protection bracelet arrived on time and it is beautiful. When I put it on I felt a light vibrating for a second. And since I ve been wearing it, all 5 of our cats have stayed close. This is not usual
After e mailing customer service Eventually was able to speak to rep told her about broken Mala she said it was in the time frame and possibly may be replaced... It was replaced looks just the same as one that broke so no harm done. Customer service is awkward and difficult to access. But very pleasant in the response..
What a great find! I heard about pranaheart from facebook and ended up purchasing the Green Flower Stone Mala. It is just so gorgeous! The colors seem somewhat duller than what I was expecting, but it still catches the eye and I continue to get a lot of compliments for it!
The shipping took a lot longer than I had expected, however when I got my bracelet I was quite satisfied with my purchase. The beads are beautiful and feel like they're made of a high quality material. I've gotten many compliments from my friends about my bracelet. Well worth the wait!
My order is paid for but not been shipped, there is no way to contact them. Their email does not work. In fact it does not exist according the google.
I too had placed my order in the middle of March and didn't receive an answer to my emails. However, I think the problem was that this is a small company that got overwhelmed by the response to the FB ad. Should they have responded promptly to my email? Yes, of, course in a perfect world they should have. I finally got a response from Ann who apologized and then kept me informed of my order. I think we need to cut this company some slack. It was a mistake which they've more than made up for. If you have the tracking order, use it. It does work. I received my order today and it's absolutely lovely and well worth the money. I will order from this company again.
The beads I ordered have done a tremendous job at balancing me spiritually as well as physically and mentally. My mala bracelet sort of took a while to ship, which was slightly concerning at first, and I was actually quite skeptical. However, I did get in contact with their customer service department, who assured me that my bracelet was on its way. Once it was delivered I was very relieved and finally was able to enjoy my eye-catching accessory. I have actually had a few people ask me about my mala bracelet and inquire where I purchased it, so naturally I let them know of this website. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this one since I was so satisfied with the product. I will most likely consider buying from Pranaheart again in the future.
