Ordered and paid for my bracelet August 2. I contacted them 2 weeks later as I did not receive. They asked me to wait another week as it can sometimes take 10-15 business days. Okay, no problem - I understood so I waited. Still nothing. I contacted them yet again - and they asked that I just wait until the months end to be sure - and if I still had not received they would reissue (finally) or refund my purchase. Well, it is now September 7 and none of my emails have been answered, I have not been refunded, and I certainly have not received my purchase. Beyond disappointed. I am now opening a PayPal dispute. What a waste of time!

I ordered the Howlite & Sea Sediment Jasper Mala Bracelet/Necklace - 8 mm x 108 beads / Howlite Sea Sediment Jasper Mala / Blue online at paybackgift.com. Received it in a reasonable amount of time, loved it, then 2 months after purchasing it the 'silver' token on it has started to go brassy, I'm guessing the beads are just plastic too... disappointing. :(

They advertise the amethyst mala bracelet as if it is genuine stone but when I received it, it is very clearly fake plastic. Definitely not genuine stone. I was able to scratch the top plastic layer off. I tried to write a review on their site re: the bracelet and they didn't post it. It's a shame that the site markets itself with a spiritual flair but deceives it's patrons.

Horrible Service

I guess I should have read some of these reviews before ordering. Ordered 4 items (paid for all 4) received two and the other two never came and the shipping information was lost. They said they are sending a replacement but could not provide a tracking number. It's a scam! They now have my money but I don't have my order and they are not refunding me or for that matter - they won't even respond to my emails and voicemails (since no one answers the phone)!

I placed my ordered on July 18 and upto date I have not received same. I researched status and it's being processed. Mean while they already have charged my account.
Not good, I going to let my CC know so they can credit back to my account.

Ordered a bracelet. It never came--I checked the tracking number and it was lost. Wrote to the company, and they confirmed that it got lost in the mail and they would send a new one. New one ordered over a month ago, no tracking number (the company said they didn't have one because it's a replacement--TOTAL and COMPLETE BS). I'm still waiting for my bracelet. When I wrote that I was still waiting, they said, just be patient. It's been weeks now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Who tells their customer to BE PATIENT? How about, "I'm so sorry." Or "Thank you for your business, I will check on it right away." Unacceptable in this day that you wouldn't have a tracking number because you sent it out after the initial order. AMATEURS.

Horrible Service
July 18, 2017

It has been 13 days from my initial ordering date, 20 if you count weekends. I have had to write customer service twice because they don't have a customer service representative available, even during business hours. They already charged my card and are not quick to answer, and if you do get a response it's, you will receive information in 7 days. This isn't a company that I will be ordering from every again.

I purchased a 7 stone chakra bracelet. The description specifically stated it had amethyst. However, the purple and dark blue beads are very clearly painted. They bleed onto the string and leave stains on my arm. I have sent several messages over the past week and have heard nothing back. Do not order from this company.

I was referred here by a friend after noticing her new bracelet. I loved the one that she had, and she told me where she got it. After shopping PranaHeart, i finally got that last piece of jewelry i have been searching for that i just hadn't been able to find! And it honestly made me feel great too! I ordered my 2 bracelets in early may, and after two weeks i called to make sure my order was processed as i had not received it. Customer service was extremely helpful, apologized for the wait, and assured me that the product was on the way. They said that they had had shipping issues in the past that they are working through, and were more than cordial and understanding even as i was a little upset. My products arrived about a week ago. And they look great! And they really seem to work! Took a little while to receive the product, but the customer service and understanding made it more than worth the wait. 5 stars!

I did finally receive this product and it was quite nice but in my opinion not worth the 2 month wait and the incredibly poor customer service and communication.

This company is severely deficient in good customer service, communication and supplying you accurate info re: your order. It's been 2 months since I bought and paid for 1 item and I requested 6 different times about my order. Sometimes I got a response Sometimes nothing at all. They were never able to give me accurate eta on my order. I asked for my money back and they told me to wait to see if it would arrive. That's the last I've heard from them. Very frustrated. If this item wasn't in stock when I ordered the site shouldn't have said 3-5 business days to ship. I'd strongly suggest you shop elsewhere.

I was one of the few on here that had few to no problems with this company. If anything, shipping took a little longer than usual but nothing out of the ordinary. The necklace looks just like it did in the online description.

I was pleased to see that the two products I ordered were of pretty high quality at a good price. There were some shipping issues but they were resolved rather quick surprisingly. In my opinion, you get what you pay for.

The bracelet arrived after more than two months and filing a report with Paypal, which I escalated--never ONCE did I EVER hear back from Pranaheart--many inquiries were sent and NOTHING. But they had no problem charging my credit card the nanosecond I placed the order!

Here's what I think: A company touting itself as Zen has stressed out a LOT of people by leaving them hanging after taking their money. If a product is not in stock, communicate that. If a product is going to take 4-6 weeks to ship, COMMUNICATE THAT. And last but not least, don't charge someone's card until the shipment is on the way.

There is a "new" site popping up on Facebook now called "Paybackgift" which appears to be the same company (under a different name) than Pranaheart (maybe due to all the backlash?). I'd be very hesitant to order from either going forward.

For what it's worth, my mala bracelet is lovely and I did get a number of compliments on it. But you can go on Amazon and search "mala bracelets" and find the same thing, maybe a little more expensive, but without the 2 month wait and angst over whether you've been defrauded.

Caveat emptor!
