I placed an order on 3/9/17. I still have not received my product. I've sent a note on FB, called and left a message. Sent in a support call. Absolutely no response from the company. I think it's a scam. Stay away!
I guess I should have read some of these reviews before ordering. Ordered 4 items (paid for all 4) received two and the other two never came and the shipping information was lost. They said they are sending a replacement but could not provide a tracking number. It's a scam! They now have my money but I don't have my order and they are not refunding me or for that matter - they won't even respond to my emails and voicemails (since no one answers the phone)!
I ordered 2 bracelets March 9th. I have called them, emailed, and Facebook messaged them. No response. They have now disabled their FB page so no one can post or comment. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I urge all those who have had a similar experience to do the same.
I ordered through a Facebook link, where they advertise heavily. When I received the bracelet it was not the product I was expecting. I sent them an email and received a response giving me permission to return for an exchange. I did, and even included an additional $5 to be sure I was sending enough for the bracelet I intended to order. I have sent five follow-up emails. This is 2/25, and UPS tracking verifies they received the return on 2/3. I can't believe they don't at least respond to my emails! The bracelet I got was nothing special. I could go to Hobby Lobby and buy the same beads for a lot less. I either want a refund or the CORRECT bracelet.
After waiting for my order for a little while, I was informed that they were extremely back ordered. Once my order did come through, it was totally worth the wait! I'm in love with the mala bracelet I ordered and am planning on ordering more for presents in the future!
They advertise the amethyst mala bracelet as if it is genuine stone but when I received it, it is very clearly fake plastic. Definitely not genuine stone. I was able to scratch the top plastic layer off. I tried to write a review on their site re: the bracelet and they didn't post it. It's a shame that the site markets itself with a spiritual flair but deceives it's patrons.
I ordered my 2 bracelets in early may, and after two weeks i called to make sure my order was processed as i had not received it. Customer service was extremely helpful, apologized for the wait, and assured me that the product was on the way. They said that they had had shipping issues in the past that they are working through, and were more than cordial and understanding even as i was a little upset. My products arrived about a week ago. And they look great! And they really seem to work! Took a little while to receive the product, but the customer service and understanding made it more than worth the wait. 5 stars!
My hubby saw the White Jade Amulet Pendant on a facebook ad and It made the perfect Christmas present! Now that I know where he got it I am going to order some more jewelry from pranaheart! He said that the shopping experience was very convenient and he received a steady supply of information regarding order processing and delivery.
Wow. I am having the same experience. They took my money and nothing has shipped. I have been unable to get any response on the status of my order. Very poor customer service. I will be contacting the BBB.
Wow, I cannot believe how great these beads are! I can feel the energy put into them and how they improve my life essence. In my day to day life, I even feel an improvement. I've noticed how much kinder I have been to people around me and the only explanation is my Prana heart beads. Thank you!
I purchased a mala from their site, which took nearly a week to ship out. I wore it three times before the elastic string snapped (without any effort on my part), sending beads and fillers everywhere. When I reached out to contact them on their site (the contact form is really hard to find), I never heard back from them. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company AND filing a complaint with the BBB against them.
Like an idiot I ordered 3. One claimed to be various stones and crystals- all plastic. The third, took forever to be delivered- came from CHINA, had the wrong name on the package, but at least the adress was right. Supposed to be jade stones. Incredibly cheap plastic! I will be contacting my credit card. RIP OFF.
Not sure if the company is legit. I ordered something a month ago that I still haven't received. How convenient since the refund policy states they will not refund past 30 days of purchase. I understand their website states it may take longer to ship since the items come from China, but NOT FOUR WEEKS. Do NOT buy something from this site! I'm sure it's not even real.
I ordered the Mala bracelet. It has 110+ beads not 108. I asked about return, was sent address. I was charged more than it should have been. My order number is not recognized on the form. I returned the bracelet and have tracking, they have the bracelet, now no bracelet and out $28.99. They just keep replying to email with a question.
Ordered a mala wrap bracelet and it's not very good quality. Emailed their customer service and they never responded. Wrote all over their Insta that they were a scam and suddenly their Insta account vanished. Currently going through PayPal dispute.
Two weeks since order and never received bracelet. Tracking stops on Aug. 9th and seems item never left China. I was very unhappy and contacted my cc company to dispute but a couple of days after I did that I did receive my bracelet and got a reply from Prana Heart so it took almost three weeks to receive and the bracelet is ok not worth what I paid. But I will keep it but would not order from them again.
This is my latest update on PranaHeart order. I ordered on 3/20; paid in full; no where on the site did it say '... may take over a month to get your order..."; no update, no communication; I called several times (trust me; there is NEVER a live person for you to speak to; it always goes directly into voicemail to leave message); sent several emails to Customer Support. Report problem to PayPal; then same day received an email with tracking number from "Anna" on 4/7. Tracking number only mentioned "Pre-Shipment..."... More waiting... Escalated to PayPal on 4/24; Lo behold, received my items on 4/26! Over a month of waiting as these were gifts.!
So... lesson learned, unless you're in a real hurry, you can order, at your own risk, as your order may/may not come; it's a shame since the malas are nice; unsure if they're real stones or just glass, but nonetheless the order came; BUT I'd never order from them again though.! It's too much of a hassle!
Just like countless other reviews, I ordered a bracelet on March 11,2017 that never arrived. You can email, but it'll be returned. I'm shocked such a scam is allowed to continue on FB. I've logged a complaint with PayPal, but I expect I threw out the $30.00 out the window.
I received 3 of 4 items, shipped from China. Still waiting on 1 that's supposed to ship from PA. These beads are super small. The bracelet isbbadically a necklace. The decorative thread on my bracelet has already fallen off & one of them gave me a rash on my wrist. Wishing I hadn't spent over $70 on this site. It's pretty but feels like fashion jewelry. Doesn't have the weight of properties I am looking for.
I ordered my bracelet 2 days before Easter and received it the Tuesday after Easter. I thought this was fairly quick being a Holiday weekend. I also really like the bracelet and how it looks. Great product, Great price, would buy again!
