I bought two items, monitored their shipments with the tracking token I received and all went well. The tracker was accurate to the day they arrived! I don't know where the other ppl are based but for context I'm in Southern Ontario, Canada.
I'm still wearing both as bracelets ( I got the tiger eye and the Sea sediment |Jasper Howlite mala bracelets) and I love them. Looking at making a next purchse soon.

I love the quality and how it feels while wearing my Black Volcano Lava Stone Mala. You can absolutely feel the energy grow with this piece. The more you use it the stronger the energy! I will definitely consider buying more products from Pranaheart.

I bought a necklace for my wife a few months ago for her birthday, but it did not arrive in time. She still loved it, but I'm not sure if I would trust the reliability of the company. Otherwise, it was a great product.

Just like almost everyone else has said, this company will rip you off. Been a more than a month since order placed and received nothing. Emailing them is a waste of time. Going to report them to credit card company and BBB. Avoid these crook this crook!

Ordered two malas. Received only one so far - the "amethyst" mala. It's not crystal. It's amethyst colored glass and the beads aren't even consistent shape or size. And they are connected with cheap elastic cord to add to the insult. Contacting my Credit Card on this one. Not losing that much money!

I absolutely love this product. I bought the 7-stone Chakra Bracelet, and my life is now complete. Not only was it shipped and delivered within several days, but I have been receiving compliments from it and absolutely love how it looks when I wear it. N

When trying to get in contact with them about where my order was (as it had not come as soon as i was expecting), they were extremely helpful in explaining the situation and informing me of where my order was. And when my order eventually came, I feel in love. Will be doing future business with them

I have not received my order. I checked the tracking and it has been sent back to the company. I have searched high and low and can't find any contact information for this company, so I have no way of getting my money back. I'm beginning to wonder whether this company actually exists.

My beads and necklace were taking a while to arrive. I contacted their fantastic custimer service who let me know that it was simply a hiccup in their delivery software. Once it was resolved, it was very quick! The zen they provide was worth the wait!

I was referred here by a friend after noticing her new bracelet. I loved the one that she had, and she told me where she got it. After shopping PranaHeart, i finally got that last piece of jewelry i have been searching for that i just hadn't been able to find! And it honestly made me feel great too! I received my order in a timely manner however, I thought I was ordering a 3-row amethyst bracelet but I received a necklace. Sent an email to Prana Heart but have not heard from them yet. Is it understood that a necklace IS the bracelet? It's pretty, but not what I had in mind.

I absolutely love my PranaHeart bracelet with the colorful beads. I wear it all the time and get many compliments. I was slightly disappointed in the late shipping, otherwise I would give this company 5 stars.

I was issued a tracking number immediately upon ordering. The item shipped from China, and so took several weeks, but that was not the fault of the company.
The amythist mala was exactly as advertised, and I wear it nearly every day. I intend to order several more.

I placed my ordered on July 18 and upto date I have not received same. I researched status and it's being processed. Mean while they already have charged my account.
Not good, I going to let my CC know so they can credit back to my account.

Once you receive your bracelet (I ordered the Buddhist Amethyst Mala Bracele) it may take some time to finally get delivered, but then again most good things do. You will be amazed at the wonders it will do for you. I love the quality and how it feels while wearing it, plus it can function as either a bracelet or a neckless... two in one!

I have tried everything to find out the status of my order. I was BLOCKED from being able to post or DM via Facebook. All of my comments inquiring about my order were DELETED. Clearly they are reading my requests. They responded to one person on this site after she threatened to go public about her experience to her 5000 fb followers. To that they responded.

YOU WILL NEVER GET IT; AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CALL THEM OR CONNECT WITH THEM; I ORDERED THIS ON 1/17 AND NEVER RECEIVED THIS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. THERE IS NO WAY TO FOLLOW UP. I EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

I placed an order on March 7th which was to be shipped in two days. I still have not received my merchandise. All efforts to contact this company has failed. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. They also don't respond to post on social media. I have to call my back to see if they can reverse the charges since I paid for several products that weren't received.
